Everything worked nicely. The heating, the hot water etc made the stay cosy. Too many places don’t provide these services properly.

It was a little small to work in.

Everything we needed was there. Probably kitted out for longer stays: there was a washer dryer and cooking facilities were good. Lots of lighting around accommodation. Quiet area not far from main high street and shops.

The number of "courtesy" messages. Felt very intrusive. 7 in total from booking, and one per day of our stay. Lengthy welcome email. Instructions were in form of videos. Great if you have the time to read or watch them. Probably better than instructions pasted over walls. Instructions came on arrival day including address - not handy for travel planning. Door and windows were wooden framed and a bit tatty. Ok for our stay but not sure if any colder temperatures outside. Accommodation is on ground floor but no window lock: I like sleeping with open window but didn't feel safe to do that. Parking seemed challenging. We have a v small car so found a small space close by but I would expect larger car to find it difficult.

It was a self-catering studio and was exactly as we expected. The pictures give a very good idea of the scale of the studio. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the hosts provided a large amount of information to ensure that there was no problem with anything. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.

There was very little. The hot water was a bit slow to come through but that was about it.

I didn’t dislike
