The place was cosy, clean and had everything needed.

Nice and clean place within walking distance of town but a very poor quality mattress

Very clean apartment with clear instructions and helpful local guide. Teh communal areas are quite dirty and unpleasant - doesn't make you feel safe in the building.

the mattress was very uncomfortable - not supportive and indeed just seem to bend to every shape and move. You can hear every footstep in teh above apartment but luckily they were quiet until 7 am.

Would rearrange room to swap bed and sofa to give room for bedside tables. Just a suggestion though, can see why it is how it is x

Location is perfect, very close to city center and property is well equipped with all needed things. Property manager is also very helpful.

I wasn’t able to stay overnight for family reasons. Probably would have gone to a hotel anyway.

It was close to the railway station and town centre . And clean.

It doesn’t look anything like the promo picture!! Dated and cold. The stairwell up to it is grimy and potentially intimidating for some. Overpriced too. And not even a basic welcome pack. Wish I’d known you wanted pics. Maybe they put me in the wrong part of the chocolate box.

Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom had all the necessities. Good wifi connection. Nice and clear instructions for getting the keys and dropping them at checkout.

Cute and cozy

Comfortable simple clean and cozy Modern bathroom and well kept kitchen with fully stocked cutlery plates, cups and glasses Few toiletries were available

Only issue was a plumbing issue with the bath/shower water wasn’t draining, Iv spoken to them and are sorting it out, as we only stayed a cpl nights it wasn’t a major issue for us

Stylish well appointed immaculately clean apartment in a busy part of town

cleanliness , comfortable bed. Easy walk into Leamington for shopping

noise at night as it was so hot I had to keep the windows open cars going past with very loud popping exhausts and groups of people shouting loudly in the early hours of the morning.

Enjoyable stay. Husband born a few streets away so convenient to visit his boyhood haunts

The flat was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for easy access to the station and to main shopping areas of Leamington Spa. We only had to use the car to visit relatives in the area or to the Supermarket. There were plenty of buses passing the location as well.

Very central and under 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to eat in and clean modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and relaxing sofa.

Entrance to the apartment is a little off putting when you arrive, but once inside, it's lovely.

Spotlessly Clean Apartment

The apartment was absolutely spotless. Deep cleaned throughout. Very spacious for a studio. Free carpark behind the building. Town centre 10 minutes walk.

The area was a little rough but I saw no trouble and had no trouble. Would definitely stay again.

after the initial shock of the area around the flat it was a comfortable stay

it was clean. Katie was attentive and communication was good

the entrance to the building which is shared access was dirty and not at all welcoming. the flat is over shops which if I had known I wouldn’t have booked.

Great Central location,

See my previous review. Our host made available the facility to book one extra night so 3 nights in total. Such a comfortable apartment with a lovely cafe over the road on the canal side for breakfast.

First impressions of the location on arrival were not good,. Located above a row of shops with shared access stairwell not in great condition and the info saying 'city views' was stretching it a bit far!

a very good 4 night stay in this warm and comfy studio - sefinitely recommended!

very clean and very warm apartment, super comfy bed. Very well equipped. well located very near the train station. Great coffee shop just next door. Also very quiet at night in the building- late night revellers in the street on a Friday night did not bother me as I always use earplugs when travelling!

I had a problem accessing Netflix, but no problem with BBC Iplayer which has plenty of programmes to enjoy. Perhaps as other guests have mentioned the wardrobe could have a door on it and the windows in the bathroom blinds, but these are minor matters.
