Great instructions. Nice touch with the coffee pods. Huge room
Would rearrange room to swap bed and sofa to give room for bedside tables. Just a suggestion though, can see why it is how it is x

Great location for the train station for trips to Coventry and the NEC. Convenient off road parking. Very clean and cosy inside. Just what we needed for our visit
More of a rest stop than a night in vibe. TV lagged abit, and it is on a main road, so when windows are open it can be quite loud.
