Everything you need to sleep cook wash and relax in one value for money room. Bright clean bathroom, we cooked for ourselves.

Beware if you need air conditioning as there isn’t any and you will hear traffic if you open the window.

Clean good location

Wasn’t too keen on the separate bathrooms facilities

This property was near everything i needed, was clean, well equipped, had everything.

Location was perfect for the Bowls England National Finals at Victoria Park and the train station. These were the main reasons I booked here.

Whilst I appreciate that during my stay it was a very hot time of the year, not enough for as done by the owners to help make my stay more comfortable. I wasn't aware a fan was an option until it was prompted by someone from the property asking about my stay. Even then, I had to wait 24hrs for it to be made available, which was just too late. The heat of the room (constantly over 30 degrees C just spoilt my stay. I've stayed in another property owned by this company and it was also very warm. Good at certain times of the year, but not this summer! The downstairs, off-suite shower room was a pain in the end. I thought it would be fine, but just made things even more difficult.
