I enjoyed my stay because it was peaceful.

I liked the clarity of the information provided on how to use everything in the studio. Collecting the keys was easy. Also the property is well maintained and clean.

I found it hard to find my way into town at first. It is close by and I worked it out eventually. I would be good if there was a map or clearer directions to walk into town with.

Diasppointing and not what was advertised.

Key code was fine for entry. There were then key codes for accessing a bathroom which was cumbersome.

Recieving a message during the morning of the stay was not at all helpful as I was already travelling enroute. The message was long and contained lots of videos to watch when I didnt have the time to do so. The microwave was faulty as the timer wasnt working and this is dangerous. The bathroom was NOT where the advert/instructions said it was. It states that the bathroom was next door but in fact it was down a flight of stairs in another corridor! This is inaccurate. The bathroom door was sticking and accessing was tricky because of having to juggle using key pad and handle for entry. The clock wasn't working. The one window in the flat would not stay open freely and in the current heat was unbearable. I messaged the hosts who were not overly responsive or helpful. I have cancelled my next booking that I had with this property.

Comfortable stay and great location

The location is ideal and it is clean and well equipped.

The bathroom is a little far from the room and the very early reminder to vacate when I already knew when to check out.

Does what it says on the can !

Spotlessly clean. Everything I needed. Great location The video explanations worked really well . Very helpful. Good value for money - can’t complain. No messing. Simple straightforward..dies what it says on the can !

Bathroom separate to the room down the corridor … knew that at the time of booking. Didn’t bother me in the slightest.

Rustig verblijf in Leamington Spa

Lokatie prima, parkeren in de buurt. Het was netjes en schoon. Fijn bed. Uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten. Park vlakbij en het centrum op loopafstand.

De badkamer en toilet waren een verdieping lager en met een codeslot. Dat is midden in de nacht niet zo comfortabel. Het zou fijn zijn als het duidelijk wordt vermeld. In de beschrijving staat dat het om 90m2 gaat, maar dat klopt niet helemaal. Helaas ging het inchecken moeizaam omdat we de instructies niet op tijd hadden ontvangen, dus dat gaf even stress, maar kwam allemaal goed.
