I liked the clarity of the information provided on how to use everything in the studio. Collecting the keys was easy. Also the property is well maintained and clean.
I found it hard to find my way into town at first. It is close by and I worked it out eventually. I would be good if there was a map or clearer directions to walk into town with.

Key code was fine for entry. There were then key codes for accessing a bathroom which was cumbersome.
Recieving a message during the morning of the stay was not at all helpful as I was already travelling enroute. The message was long and contained lots of videos to watch when I didnt have the time to do so.
The microwave was faulty as the timer wasnt working and this is dangerous.
The bathroom was NOT where the advert/instructions said it was. It states that the bathroom was next door but in fact it was down a flight of stairs in another corridor! This is inaccurate.
The bathroom door was sticking and accessing was tricky because of having to juggle using key pad and handle for entry.
The clock wasn't working. The one window in the flat would not stay open freely and in the current heat was unbearable.
I messaged the hosts who were not overly responsive or helpful. I have cancelled my next booking that I had with this property.
