cooker, washing machine, TV, easy of use.
Wi-Fi was intermittent and toilet smelt as I was in basement room.

The location was perfect for us. The studio was very well equipped.
There was no O2 mobile phone signal but having been told it was a basement we should have thought of this ourselves. The WIFI signal for watching TV was very intermittent and unreliable even when using settings "standard" quality for Freeview iPlayer or "low" quality for Disney. Best time for watching was between 6 AM and 8 AM. However, fortunately, watching TV was not the purpose of our visit.
