It’s such a beautiful little place to stay. It’s cozy and comfortable and perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Laura and her partner are super welcoming and friendly and communication is so easy and everything is smooth. The place is very convenient for lots of areas, there was plenty street parking and even the neighbors were super friendly. Everything was super clean, comfortable and a fridge stocked with goodies. Plenty self catering amenities and just a happy stay all round. I will definitely re-book when in area, this is my second or third stay already and i will be back. Perfect for a woman on her own too in my opinion. 💕👍🏼💕

Comfortable, homely base for exploring the area

Laura was very welcoming and communicated very well. The Cottage was very clean and everything we needed was there. The provisions for breakfast were most welcome. The Garden was pretty but the weather didn't give us much chance to sit out! Excellently situated for exploring Warwick (we went to concerts) and Stratford. Lovely to have the drive to park on; helpful and convenient.

Nothing really except the bed was smaller than we are used to but it was comfortable.

Would recommend

Laura was lovely, asked if I needed anything and she would try and get it if needed. Offered for me too park on her drive. Nice and quiet location with the interior made it feel homely. Maybe in the winter if it gets too cold in my caravan I’ll be back 🙂

Only criticism would be the bed, but too be fair I am 17+ stone & 6”5 also prone too back pain. So not a fair reflection but worth noting.

Everything was great, and the garden so cute, the place so peaceful... And Laura even helped me borrowing her own PC monitor! I cannot ask for more.

Lovely garden apartment for those who want to make a tiny house experience

The friendly host made really an efforrt to live up to the term hideaway. The small studio in the owners back garden was very well constructed, neatly maintained, and tastefully decorated. The garden, apparently designed by the host's aunt, is beautiful integrated in the combined bedroom, living room, and kitchen, just a terrace door away, being the main source of light. The studio is located in a residential area, not really close to Leamington Spa's small city center, but a 20 minute walk for a one mile walk from the train station. For these reasons the apartment is very tranquil in a red brick neighborhood, typically for the region.

We had mixed feelings for the mattress, as it was very soft, and some springs could actually be felt indeed. It's size did not match with the bed, not in width (140cm of a typical Ikea design), but in length, leaving a foot long gap either at the top of at bottom of the bed. These are minor issues, though. While I usually don't complain about room sizes, the hideaway was particularly crampy. Even with just two small carry-on bags, there was effectively no space for storing clothes without crawling and kneeling over the bed. The breakfast service is debatable: Effectively it is no service at all, but all necessary ingredients are provided in the fridge for self-preparation. This is fine with me, especially in an apartment style accomodation, but I think it's described a bit misleading in the Booking offer.

Excellent accommodation and would stay again.

Quiet and tucked away. Detached so no earplugs needed, unlike most hotels/guest houses! Very well equipped with basic kitchen essentials if any cooking required.

TV would have been useful but knew in advance that not provided.

Cosy personal annexe, well-connected to Leamington centre, private, comfortable, perfect place to relax and chill out. Suprise breakfast items in the fridge a very welcome touch. Would stay again.

disappointed, invest in changing the mattress more often as you obviously rent it out a lot

the shower was great!

the room smelt frowsy from the previous person. there is only sliding door for ventilation, unless you open the bathroom windows. which I did for air. mainly the bed was very uncomfortable with the springs digging in my back. the bed ruined my stay and I left after 2 nights.

Cosy hideaway close to Leamington centre.

Very comfortable with everything there we wanted. Milk, juice, eggs, bread, butter, cereal and preserves all provided. Warm and cosy. Lovely garden with outside seating. Very pleasant surrounds.

Quiet location and exceeded my expectations. Kind and friendly host

The friendliness of Laura and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation with personal touches were far more than I expected and the bonus of food in the fridge was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend staying.

No TV but only staying 1 night so not a problem Fridge door could do with moving to open towards the wall, this would be quite easy to do could do with somewhere to stand suitcase/bag

Isolated heaven in Covid times.

Self-contained , private and well appointed. Lovely garden outlook with terrace.
