The property is located right on the lakeshore, directly opposite the ferry dock. You can simply sit on the balcony and enjoy beautiful views of the lake and sunset, or watch people lining up to catch the ferry to Bellagio. The bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The rooms and dining area are spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of old-world charm, while everything was absolutely clean. Lakeside shore restaurants are close by and train station is walkable distance.
The Internet works, but little slow for current standards.
The hallway lighting should be made better, for safety reason especially for guests as they are new to the place.

The location of the building is fantastic. Right in the center of town.
It was incredibly hot the two days we went (90 degrees Fahrenheit). It made the apartment feel like an oven, as it did not have AC. There were two ceiling fans and one small portable fan, but these were unfortunately not enough to cool the place down.
