Great location - great communication - great views of Lake Como!

We had some travel related delays and were unable to pick up the keys in person. Communication was excellent on where and how to pick up the keys. The office was a very short walk to the apartment. Excellent location and very convenient to the village and the ferry.

I should have requested additional pillows. They have a Lavazza coffee machine in the kitchen, but no coffee pods or sugar. This would have been nice to have for each morning to start off our day. At a minimum indicate they have a machine and no pods so we could have brought some with us.

Convenient and comfortable with a lovely decor

The location was great. The inside of the property was brilliant. It was a cosy home. The staff were really welcoming too. They spoke very well English too which helped us out a lot. They were patient as we had come late. The lady who lived upstairs was lovely too. The apartment was clean. Thank you and we will definitely be back

(I hope only the staff are seeing this and id like to be honest and as helpful as I can be) Maybe it could have a long mirror in one of the rooms or sitting room because a lot of guests like to check their outfits as theyre going out. And perhaps maybe keep kitchen roll because the convenience shops are not close. Maybe also get someone to clean the sofa as there was a bit of dirt stamped in from before but its understandable as it is a guest house.

Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms plus sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine close to boat ferry

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, washing machine. Also had a pull out sofa-bed in the main floor. Pretty good working kitchen. Each of the 2 bedrooms sleeps 2, and the queen size pull out sofa bed sleeps another 2, for a total of 6. Location to town (both parts of town) was great. We were just a short walk away from the boat ferry dock, and also from restaurants and little grocery stores. It was a great place to base ourselves from while we explored other nearby towns. We used the kitchen every day we were there, and things worked just fine. Also used their washing machine (think it also doubled as a dryer, but we didn't use it's drying functionality, so don't know about that). I would stay here again. Cutie place.

Didn't have any real complaints. Some tiny things were that they had a coffee machine, but didn't also provide any coffee pods for us to use (most other places include coffee pods that work in their coffee makers, at least so you have coffee the first morning). Also, when going down the staircase to the 2 bedrooms, we brushed up against the wall. The white paint left a white chalky residue on our jackets where we'd touched the walls. Not a big deal.

Great location and view but needs some maintenance and addition of towel racks/hooks.

Fantastic location and incredible view of the lake.

Leaking toilet that progressively got worse and made the bathroom very musty (and mouldy) and there were no hooks or rails to hang towels. Stairs between floors are hazardous.

Location

All downstairs was damp. Poor ventilation meant towels didn't dry and downstairs smelt of damp. It rained 1.5 days. An umbrella in the apartment would have been good.

Lovely property but a couple of things to be aware of

Size and space, beautiful views, balcony, really close to ferry port

Traffic noise at night (you can’t tell from the photos but there is quite a busy thoroughfare between the property and the lake), no air con, need to take care on the internal staircase, no coffee maker other than a pod machine we couldn’t get pods for

Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht en klein terrasje! Goede locatie. Dichtbij restaurants, de veerboot en het oude centrum. In- en uitchecken werkt perfect.

Raam bij de keuken ging niet open waardoor de luiken niet open konden en het wat donker was in de keuken.

Świetna lokalizacja: blisko do dworca kolejowego, do przystani promów. Wszystko w obiekcie było nowe i czyste. Wygodne łóżka, Świetna komunikacja z obsługa- reagowali natychmiast na nasze prośby

Nie podobało mi się rozwiązanie dotyczące kluczy do obiektu.Obiekt jest niedaleko od stacji kolejowej, ale żeby dostać klucze musieliśmy iść dość daleko pod górę, a potem wracać. W dniu wyjazdu padał mocny deszcz - musiałam iść w deszczu, aby oddać klucze w biurze. Siedziało tam 4 pracowników- ktoś mógłby od nas odebrać te klucze. Podróżowałam z osoba starsza i niepełnosprawna i naprawdę był to dla nas wyczyn W mieszkaniu potrzeba kilku drobiazgów, aby uczynić nasz pobyt jeszcze bardziej przyjemny. Może gospodarze pomyśleliby o tym, aby w mieszkaniu była np sól, pieprz, trochę oliwy, ręczniki papierowe
