Great location. Christian was exceptionally helpful during our stay. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony for a phenomenal view of the lake.
It looked more upscale in the photos than it actually was (thought the pool was much bigger from the pictures!), but our room was perfectly nice and comfortable.

Christian was extremely helpful the whole time we were there. He arranged a taxi for us from the train station and provided lots of information about Varenna. The location was wonderful overlooking the lake and we had a very short walk into the small town

I was not given the apartment I booked. The picture shown when I booked was different than what I received. I should have had the 2 bedroom with windows like it was shown during the booking. There were ants and other insects on the floor. There was not enough coffee in the room.
