The room is very spacious! It has a nice working space and a big closet; I was able to get so much work done while getting off jet lag. The bed was very comfortable. It really felt like a home and the entire house is very clean and tidy. Kitchen has all kinds of utensils and appliances ready. Shower was nice, clean bathroom with no smell. The onsite laundry room is also a huge plus!
It is also quite convenient in terms of location. The number 7 bus stop 7-10 minutes walk away can get you downtown in about half an hour.
My only main issue was that some other guests seemed to struggle with flushing the toilet properly. Maybe putting up a sign could help? Another issue was that temperatures in the room could get noticeably colder than the rest of the house on colder days—not a problem at all when sleeping, only when working, but an extra shirt or coat helped.

The place did have a minimum that you need for a night or two.
I think the place can improve the cleanses.
