It was decent enough but don’t feel worth the price

The bed was comfortable

It lacks soul or vibes.. the bathroom was very uncomfortable to you are not a tiny person. The room has no windows and pool did not look clean enough to swim in. It’s beside a highway but that’s no secret if you look at the map.

it is quite cheap

The light was not working properly, super dark because there is only one lightbulb and one the last day the light was getting weaker. It’s supposed to have a kitchen but then they told me my room does not come with a fridge. There’s no hot water in the shower.

Que yo pague 11900 y me que rían dar un cuarto sencillo, porque no había pagado uno especial y en la página de booking no lo dice, la alberca está muy sucia y nunca hubo personal para pedir alguna referencia ni para entregar el cuarto

Lindo hotel

El tamaño del cuarto está bastante bien. La cama me pareció muy cómoda. Tiene una alberca muy linda .

Estuve perdida dos horas desde que llegué a puerto escondido. Ni el taxista ni nadie conocía el hotel. En Google map aparecen 3 direcciones distintas. El teléfono que aparece en línea esta fuera de servicio . El hotel no tiene cartel afuera. La verdad fue muy frustrante mi llegada. Después de 2 horas literalmente me encontré con una persona del pueblo que me acompaño hasta el hotel. El hotel está un poco alejado de la playa , hay cuadras para caminar que están oscuras para una mujer que viaja sola considero. Falta agua de cortesía en las habitaciones.

La ubicación.

Estuvimos solamente una noche, prácticamente de paso, pero no sentimos seguro el lugar, a pesar que está casi frente a la Guardia Nacional; se escuchaba la gente hospedada hasta tarde y las puertas no tienen cerrojos seguros, es como para mochileros o algo asï.

Excelente ubicación y servicio al cliente

La ubicación fue perfecta, llegada sencilla y cerca de la punta y la playa, por lo que hay muchísimos restaurantes cerca. En todo momento el personal te apoya en lo que necesites. Son muy amables y resuelven cualquier duda. Puedes cotizar renta de motos y de tours ahí mismo, lo que te ahorra mucho tiempo. La alberca siempre fresca, lo cual es bueno para los días calurosos.

Nuestro aire acondicionado dejaba de funcionar o se apagaba cada cierto tiempo.

Precio y servicio acorde, lugar rústico, pero no regreso.

La cama, cuenta con aire acondicionado, tiene alberca y frigobar, barra y con utensilios de cocina, pequeña alberca con hermosas plantas alrededor.

A los baños les hace falta mayor limpieza, el piso con sarro, wc mal olor. Y la salida es muy temprano (11 am)y no son flexibles en absoluto. A orilla de carretera y el estacionamiento es afuera del hotel, y no hay vigilancia. Pueden mejorar.
