Centrally located pool and beach front

Wifi & TV never worked in the room despite asking maintenance several times to fix it. Hotel nesr discotheques, loud noise during the nights is really uncomfortable.

Restful

The hotel is centrally located. We really didn't have to go anywhere. Restaurants, bars, live music. There is a 24 food/snacks/drinks next to the hotel. The staff were SUPER helpful and cordial. Also, you can order drinks/food at the hotel restaurant and they'll bring it to you.

I gave a low rating in the cleaning because, although the floors were clean the bathroom wasn't. We stayed for a week and although they made our beds the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning.

Tourist trap.

Location and internet was very good.

They never cleaned the room or changed the towels. When we went to check out they said that the towels were dirty with sand and charged us $500 pesos. Felt completely ripped off. I wouldn’t stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

right on zicatela beach, lovely pool, nice bathroom, good breakfast, closed underground parking

night club right next door with horrible edm until 3 am. absolutely impossible to sleep without earplugs. not very flexible with check-out. despite the hotel being clearly half empty (we got a new room right away when we discovered that the toilet was broken) they did not let us stay a minute later than 12am.

Good place to stay across from the beach

Great location, right across the road from one of the main surf breaks. Staff were really lovely and attentive. Underground car parking for our rental Car was a bonus

Our room was on the side with the car access way, the curtains weren’t really adequate to cover the windows so lacked a bit of privacy. Wifi in our bedroom was terrible.

We stay 4 days in the hotel but the Room was dirty from the beginning ataff didn't chage the bed sheets walls from bathroom were very dirty .Sheets were with a dirty spots.

Has potential but needs a lot of work

The location of this hotel is the best thing going. It is right in the heart of Zicatela Beach but was quiet for sleeping and it is right next to a great restaurant called Elephant Garden. I was hoping to use the pool area (which looks like the best feature there), but ran out of time. Internet is so so if you have to work. There is drinking water provided in the hallway to fill water bottles, but none in the room. Staff was kind but not overly friendly. The room was clean, but several issues upon check in.

The first room they gave me the keys for was "cleaned" but smelled like someone had just lit up a joint, so I asked for a different room. The gentlemen who helped me with my bag could smell it and called down for a new room. They luckily had one, which seemed ok upon walking in, but there was several issues. The bathroom lights were more or less non-existent (not working or horrible or both) so I basically showered in the dark. Also the glass shower door didn't line up or close properly and therefore caused a huge puddle when I showered. There was just a random roll of toilet paper on the top of the toilet - no holder which is weird for a middle range hotel. The air con leaked a lot of water that spread all over the floor of my entire room. I do not mind a firm bed, but the beds were so hard that I was sore in the morning. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee or anything so it was useless. The phone connection to the front desk barely worked and very full of static.

The bed was confortable . The water of the swimming pool was clean

A lot of noise during all night till 5 am. There is a club in front of the hotel that keeps the music really REALLY LOUD till 5/6 am. It was impossible to sleep. We also had dirty used cigaretts in our balcony the day we checked in. The next day we had a bottle full of dirty water and cigaretts spread all over the floor in our balcony.... on our towels and clothes that were drying.... We said at the reception and the next day guess.... We had more cigaretts on the floor, coming from uper floors. The swimming pool was ok but its allowed to drink on the water. There were many guests with loud music at the swimming pool and drinking beer . They left the swimming pool really dirty with all the bottles around. The staff should not allowed music from guests around the pool . It was really not nice to be relaxing at the pool hearing reggaeton.... if everyone would bring there own speakers how it would be?

Was no hot watter And not fixed when addressed ! WiFi was slow to non functioning Loud noise at night for the clubs until very late at night In short , they don’t really care The only nice person was the bellboy.. Nemo ❤️
