Best little self contained convenient and cosy place to stay. We will return!

Of the many places Ive stayed in Italy this was by far my favourite! The host went out of her way and was just super kind. The place has been lovingly decorated with lots of Tuscan charm and every amenity thought of. Two minutes walk from free parking and also very close to the piazza. Very comfortable bed, clean and cosy. 10/10!!!

AMAZING!

What an amazing apartment, the detail Lydia put into this cute little place was absolutely adorable. I had one issue with the refrigerator, she had someone available to fix at my first text message to her. It was repaired and ready to stock!! There was another hiccup on my end, Lydia and her husband Simone were so very accommodating from the first message and phone call, I left my keys in the apartment, she arranged to have someone meet and drop off the extra set of keys. Casa della Rosa was so quaint, cute and centrally located to the center of Cortona, walking distance to the center, restaurants, market and shopping. A great gem of an apartment. I will definitely be securing my vacation with her June 2026. She is amazing! I left her three bottles of wine for her inconveniences, as they were out of her control and one was my error. They are very sweet and kind as all Cortonese people are. Thank you for everything, Lydia and Simone.

Sono stato per il festival Cortona jazz e alla fine sono stato bene nel piccolo appartamento.

La posizione è ottima logisticamente molto vicina al centro.

problemi con i cuscini (facilmente risolvibile con la loro sostituzione. Il bagno è davvero piccolo e basso e forse potrebbe essere rimodulato per sfruttare meglio lo spazio. Pur essendo un primo piano è davvero poco illuminato dal sole.

La posizione e l'arredamento in generale, molto "cozy".

Il bagno. Troppo striminzito (ricavato in un angusto sottoscala) e senza bidet. Il lavabo troppo stretto e il rubinetto troppo sporgente tanto da non potersi lavare il viso senza bagnarsi i piedi.

Soggiorno a Cortona

Casa estremamente accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort e a due passi dal centro. È una piccola bomboniera, curata in tutti i particolari e da questo si percepisce l'impegno e la dedizione che l'host ci mette per far sentire i suoi ospiti a proprio agio, inoltre è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Una rosa a Cortona

La struttura è molto caratteristica ed è stata resa accogliente e funzionale dai proprietari, il letto è veramente comodo , lo spazio cucina è attrezzato per poter cucinare in piena autonomia. Il bagno è piccolo ma studiato per il suo scopo. La posizione è straordinaria in quanto a due passi dal parcheggio gratuito, ma soprattutto a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Lydia è una persona veramente premurosa e disponibile per tutte le esigenze relative al soggiorno e nella casa fà trovare tutto il necessario per poter vivere a meglio il territorio, molto utili le guide e le mappe che abbiamo trovato. Wi-fi perfetto. Mi permetto di consigliare vivamente la sua casa e noi stesso saremo nuovamente suoi ospiti prossimamente. Grazie davvero di tutto!!

Una bella casetta nel cuore di Cortona con un parcheggio gratuito poco distante!

Lydia è stata gentilissima anche se non abbiamo potuto incontrarla personalmente; la casa è accogliente e calda e ci si sta benissimo, quindi la consiglio caldamente! Noi ci siamo fermati per 2 notti ed abbiamo visto il bel museo diocesano di fronte alla Cattedrale dì S.ta Maria Assunta che possiede 2 dipinti stupendi del Beato Angelico e diversi altri di Lorenzetti; bella anche la cattedrale, piazza della Repubblica col palazzo comunale ed il vicino palazzo del capitano ed il teatro Signorelli; da vedere anche le varie chiese locali e si gode di un bel panorama dalla Fortezza del Girifalco.

C'è il doccino al posto del bidet, ma è mal di poco, il resto è tutto ok!

Molto gradevole

L'appartamento è molto carino e ben rifinito, dotato di riscaldamento, di condizionamento e di tutto ciò che può servire.... in poche parole NON MANCA NULLA. La posizione è ottima, si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale e di conseguenza a poca distanza da bar, ristoranti e dal parcheggio pubblico.

Renderei gratuito il consumo del caffè e delle tisane... sarebbe una coccola per gli ospiti.
