Could be great but needs attention.

Location for ease of walking around

The very poor lighting. Needs to be addressed. Particularly in the bathroom which is not good and in our case was made worse because the bulb in the light over the basin was missing and even though we reported it, it was not replaced which made for difficult use of the bathroom.

Beautiful flat in the beautiful Cortona

Beautiful flat, very clean and tidy located in the middle of the town near, 100 meters, from the main monuments. Before we arrive we received from Alice, the host, an e-mail with several useful information about the parking and the way to reach the flat. Alice, during the welcome, was very kind with her useful information about restaurants, things to do and trip near Cortona. Thanks a lot Alice.

Enchanting!

Alice our host was wonderful from the time I booked the property.She sent for a taxi to the station when we arrived and eventhough it was already evening she was waiting for us.She gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do.The apartment is next to great restaurants.The next day there was a market at the square which we loved.She also booked a taxi to take us back to the station.The apartment is very comfortable. We loved Cortona! Molte grazie Alice!

Scelta molto felice per posizione e comodità, da rivedere gli infissi per attutire i suoni.

Posizione centralissima nel nucleo storico di Cortona, appartamento piccolo, ma molto accogliente e adeguato per due persone, ben dotato dei piccoli elettrodomestici, camera da letto comoda, riscaldamento ben funzionante.

I vetrocamera degli infissi delle due finestre che prospettano sulla strada sono inadeguati per attutire il suono dall'esterno e vanno senz'altro sostituiti poiché non è tollerabile essere svegliati alle sei del mattino dal carico dei rifiuti urbani, in particolare del vetro; figurarsi la notte di Capodanno, con il concerto in piazza terminato alle due e trenta e con nottambuli che alle sette del mattino ancora scherzavano parlando ad alta voce. Inoltre, l'appartamento prospetta su un bar molto frequentato per cui già dalle sette del mattino le voci degli avventori che si intrattengono in prossimità dell'ingresso sembra di averle in casa. Nel bagno l'apertura verso l'alto dell'anta a specchio del mobiletto sospeso sul lavabo è pesante e scomoda da eseguire, risultando pertanto difficile potere disporre alcunché all'interno. Infine, vanno fissate le maniglie dei cassetti di uno dei comodini a fianco del letto giacché con il semplice movimento d'apertura i chiodini sono usciti fuori dalla loro sede.
