We loved everything about Casa Erica and look forward to a return stay.

Casa Erica is a beautiful property, quite aesthetic and unique, and very clean. Located very conveniently to all the shopping and restaurants but the suite is very peaceful and quiet. Tiziana was a pleasure to communicate with and the special gluten free colazione was very much appreciated. We really were sorry to leave.

I can't think of one thing that this suite lacked, everything was perfect.

Wonderful apartment to stay in. I can really recommend Casa Erica

Communication with the host before arrival was good and clear for arrangement for the keys. Lots of extras in the apartment like a bottle of wine, snacks and sweets! They even helped us with our washing when there was a problem with the washing machine. Really so caring!

Everything was wonderful. I just would have liked a window in the bedroom but I understand that it is not possible due to the location of the apartment.

Hosts Triziana and husband Stefano were extremely helpful and the apartment was exceptional. Highly recommend.

The presentation is exceptional. The character and charm of the apartment reflected the wonderful town of Cortona that it resides in. It made the visit all the more enjoyable. After three weeks traveling, having a washing machine was a god send.

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het huisje was volledig ingericht met alle benodigdheden, zoals wasmachine, keukenapparatuur en er waren allerlei basisvoedingsmiddelen aanwezig. De host Tiziana was fantastisch! Ze beantwoordde onze vragen snel en was erg vriendelijk. Het huisje was schoon en sfeervol en er stond zelfs een fles wijn klaar!

De sofa in de woonkamer diende als tweede bed (uitgeklapt). Omdat ons kind in de slaapkamer moest slapen (zodat wij 's avonds nog in de woonkamer konden zitten), lag mijn man op de sofa. Deze zakte erg door en sliep daardoor minder fijn. Ik kon er daarom zelf niet op liggen wegens rugklachten. Het tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer lag echter wel heel goed.

Cortona a due passi da tutto con casa super confortevole

Posizione centrale e comoda a tutto, appartamento carino, funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario. Accoglienza molto apprezzata con vino e succo per il più giovane della famiglia, in dotazione tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno, caffè, marmellata, olio, saponi. Casa molto pulita e profumata, host gentile e accogliente.

Für ein paar Tage in Cortona pefekt

Das Apartment war so wie auf den Bildern und für fünf Nächte auch völlig in ordnung doch für länger fände ich es nicht toll, da wirklich sehr wenig Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten zugar etwas fürs erste Frühstück wie Marmelade, Nutella, Zwieback und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Aussedem war noch eie Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und für den Abend eine Flasche Wein. Das fanden wir eine sehr nette Geste.

Einziges manko an der Wohnung war das es etwas feuch roch wie wir ankammen und ich auch das gefühl hatte die Bettwäsche wäre etwas klam. Aber ich bin in der hinsicht auch etwas empfindlich. Das war unsere erste wohnung ohne persönlichen konntakt und mit einem Schlüsseltressor. Leider muss ich für mich persönlich sagen dass ich das nicht so toll finde aber da hat jeder eine andere Meinung. Und immerhin hatten wir per Wahtsapp mit der Vermiterin konntakt und wenn was gewesen wäre, wäre sie bestimmt gekommen.

Tutto: posizione, appartamento caldo, accogliente e dotato di tutti i confort. La proprietaria ci ha lasciato ogni cosa per la colazione, molto gradita...anche una bottiglia di vino 🍷 consigliamo sicuramente questo appartamento se venite a Cortona

Un piccolo sogno in un borgo antico.

Posizione decentrata ma vicinissima al centro e al parcheggio pubblico. Appartamento silenzione e dotato di ogni confort. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto le caratteristiche della vecchia casa e l'ha rinnovata in modo eccellente.

L'appartamento è poco luminoso perchè la luce entra solo dalla porta d'ingresso e da una finestrella della cucina ma nel complesso è ampiamente vivibile e godibile.

Wer die Toskana als solche erleben will, ist bei dem Quartier genau richtig

Ein typisch toskanisches Quartier in der Altstadt von Cortona. Die Ausstattung war reichlicher als wir in Anspruch genommen haben. Bei einem Problem mit der Heizung waren die Gastgeber sofort vor Ort und haben alles in Ordnung gebracht. Man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen, muss aber auch steile Wege gehen können: Cortona liegt an einem Hang.

Parkplätze sind nicht immer leicht zu haben.

A presto, Casa Erica

Da qualche anno torno a Cortona per il festival di fotografia e l'ho trovata la soluzione nella posizione più comoda in assoluto per muovermi per la città. A pochissimi passi dal parcheggio pubblico della piazza del Mercato; questo, vista l'area Ztl è sicuramente stato un ulteriore punto a suo favore. Poi viene tutto il resto .. la casa è deliziosa, curata in ogni particolare e per chi come me ama avere uno spazio "casa" quando si muove nei propri viaggi rappresenta la dimensione perfetta. Non manca nulla, cucina, bagno, camera da letto hanno tutto quello che può servire comprendendo lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Tiziana, la persona che si occupa di questa casa meravigliosa, è super disponibile (e paziente!) e sa accompagnarvi con attenzione. Grazie Casa Erica, ci rivediamo presto!
