We stayed only one night, before leaving for Netherlands, so we didn’t need much for one apartment. It’s small, but close to the station, and the street is not shady (which is not really common unfortunately in Brussels :( )
I don’t really have something negative to say about it, just that it’s small and not that confortable overall. It’s okay if you plan only to spend 1-2 nights or if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in it, only to sleep.

Comfy, convenient apartment near Brussels Gare du Midi
Great little apartment in a great location just 5-10 minutes walk from Brussels Gare du Midi station. Very handy if travelling to/from Brussels by Eurostar, but because it is on a parallel side street, it's nice and quiet for a good night's rest. Also near to tram and bus stops for Gare du Midi, but otherwise within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes) from central areas of the city such as Mont des Arts.
Entry was by keys in a key box. Clear instructions were sent on the day via WhatsApp on how to access everything. Likewise the check out instructions.
I ate out, but the apartment has kitchen utensils and facilities if you want to buy in groceries from a nearby mini mart or grocery shops and make your own. (There's an amazing artisan bakery just along the road btw)
Bonuses of the apartment: the heated towel rail in the bathroom, and the cute outdoor balcony area with table and 2 seats.
All-in-all, excellent! The only thing missing was a code to access the Internet, but I just used the data plan on my phone anyway.

A localização era boa, a 5 minutos da estação.
Para começar, o apartamento tinha uma camada de pó enorme em cima e teias de aranha, por isso limpeza péssima. Mas esta foi a pior parte: o alojamento tem um sistema de check-in automático para recolha das chaves no entanto no dia de check-in o alojamento entrou em contacto connosco para nos avisar que esse sistema não estava operacional e, por isso, alguém estaria à nossa espera para entrega das chaves. Até aqui tudo okay e de facto quando chegámos ao apartamento deram-nos uma chave e como não fomos avisadas de nada assumimos que a entrada bo prédio era deita através de algum código mas como era de noite e estávamos carregadas xom as malas, não tínhamos reparado. Chegámos por volta das 22h e pensámos: vamos só deixar as malas e vamos dar uma volta e comer qualquer coisa porque vimos que haviam coisas abertas até à meia noite. Contudo, quando fomos tentar sair deparámo-nos com a ausência da chave do prédio, apenas tínhamos a chave do apartamento. Entrámos em contacto com o alojamento para tentar descobrir o que tinha acontecido ao que nos respondem que de facto não tínhamos a chave do prédio porque os hóspedes anteriores a tinham perdido e não tinham nenhuma de reserva para nos entregar e que se quiséssemos sair do apartamento, o teríamos de fazer à vez. Vários problemas aqui: como assim um alojamento local não tem chaves de reserva para evitar estas situações?? Parece-me extremamente irresponsável; mas o pior para mim foi ocultarem esta situação até nós perguntarmos. O correto teria sido antes do check-in informarem por mensagem que estávamos perante esta situação e perguntar se era okay para nós, uma vez que a nossa estadia era de 1 noite, ou, na pior das hipóteses, sermos avisadas disso no momento de entrega da chave. Mas não fomos. Ficámos "presas" no apartamento porque não tínhamos como conseguir voltar a entrar no prédio. Presas num apartamento sujo e com um varão de cortinado solto que não caiu na minha cabeça por milímetros.

Nettes Appartement
Wir haben uns über die kleine Terrasse gefreut. Die Dusche brauchte sehr lange um warm zu werden, aber dann ging es. Einen Fernseher gab es nicht, aber den brauchten wir auch nicht. Es war ruhig gelegen und hat uns gefallen. Gute Lage zum Bahnhof Midi. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt verbessern würden wäre die gebrochene Toilettenbrille auszutauschen und ein Geschirrtuch zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Fenster ging nicht auf, aber dafür die Terrassentür. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher, nur eine Kaffeemaschine.

Localizacion junto a la gare de midi para tomar trenes Brujas, Gante.. + pequeña terraza q la verdad está muy bien, cama cómoda. Me permitieron el check in pronto. Precio muy bueno.
No tiene ni TV ni armario para guardar la ropa. Le falta una pequeña reforma, cables, climatización, huele a cerrado, poca ventilación ... iluminación. Faltan toallas para estancia.
Lo esperaba algo mejor.

Très court, journée enrichissante … nuit reposante.
Bien situé, pas loin de la gare à quelques pas. Intérieur du bâtiment calme, propre. Bel accueille, personne très respectueuse, souriant. J’y reviendrai certainement. Appt bien équipé et belle idée de ne pas mettre de TV.
Plus dans l’amélioration que dire, que nous n’avons pas aimé, bien au contraire.
Je n’ai pas vu où se branchait la lumière, sur la terrasse.
Peut-être trouver un autre système pour les branchements au lieu de rallonges à proximité du lit.
Prévoir des brochures illustrant ce qu’il y a à visiter + les lieux de restaurants et une friterie qui met en avant BXL, nous avons trouvés qu’en allant au cœur de BXL niveau de la grande place historique.

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été tout simplement incroyable ! L'appartement est parfaitement situé, juste à côté de la gare, ce qui le rend très pratique. De plus, le personnel a été extrêmement réactif et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un logement confortable et bien situé !
