Just ok

Difficult, the host didnt communicate beforehand, I was standing outside with luggage and family and they didnt open the door until 3pm. I had to call and text multiple times.

Better communication. the host didnt give any instructions beforehand and I was getting so anxious with family if I will be able to get in or not. Also the host was cleaning just before we entered, told me that the previous guests were too messy. The bathroom had wet towels on the floor. The kitchen had used food like used peanut butter bottle and condiments. We didnt use a single towel during our stay as they all seemed dirty and unusuable. The only good thing about this property is location, otherwise I would never book this place again.

We stayed in these apartments for five people from December 26 to December 29 in Brussels, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. On the first day there was no hot water at all. It was fixed later, but it caused serious discomfort upon arrival. There was also no proper heating, only portable heaters were provided, which were not enough to warm the entire apartment during winter. When we arrived, the corridor was full of garbage bags and a huge box of empty bottles. The floor was sticky, clearly not cleaned. Even worse, the beds had used bed linen from previous guests, which had not been changed before our arrival. There were no clean towels provided. In the refrigerator we found strange leftover food, and under the sink there was a dirty frying pan standing in dirty water. The host apologized and ordered cleaning on the first day of our stay. After that, the bed linen was changed, towels were provided, and the floor was cleaned. However, these issues should never have happened in the first place. We were also promised a refund, but out of the €440 we paid, only €100 was returned, which does not reflect the level of inconvenience and poor conditions we experienced. Overall, this stay did not meet basic cleanliness, comfort, or service standards, especially for a winter stay and a group of five people. I would not recommend this property.

Parken war am Samstag abend etwas schwierig, hat aber noch geklappt.

Excellent rapport qualité prix !

La flexibilité de l'hôte pour l'obtention des clés, la localisation, la taille du logement, les 3 lit doubles, le prix, les draps et serviettes inclus et propres. Le logement mérite une note bien supérieur ! Il est vraiment spacieux, avec une grande table et une grande TV et un immense canapé ! J'y retournerais avec plaisir !

Manque un rideau de douche, l'eau chaude est a maitrisé, les toilettes dans la salle de bain.
