1. The listing is equipped with central heating, which works by circulating and recycling hot water around the whole building. Therefore the heater works in cycles. Please do not panic when it is "off". It will come back in an hour
2. The free breakfast and board games are available in the cabinet on the ground floor, just next to the stairs.
3. This is an old house without lift. You must be able to use the stairs and carry your luggages.
4. Quiet hours between 00h-08h. No loud music during that time to respect our neighbors. Noise detecting devices present inside the listing (Minut, which is approved by VRBO - it registers the noise level without recording the sound / audio). Guests are asked to keep noise below 80 db during the quiet hours.
5. There is a 3 euro per person per night local tourism charge to be collected at arrival.
