Close to town centre and right next to castle.

Creaky stairs no washbasin in the toilet, but otherwise very good for the price.

Ah percevejos nas camas ,não tem facas suficiente para cozinhar e talheres . Uma decepção a acomodação é ótima tirando o fato de dormir com os percevejos .

Sconsigliato, non vale il prezzo

Pulizia scarsa, mancanza di comfort (letti scomodi, cuscini molto datati e macchiati, doccia piccola e angusta, scale rumorose, 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica in 4 per 2 notti, stoviglie scarse e pentole sporche) Finestra (lucernario con velux) nella camera superiore rotta, chiusa con scotch Parcheggi disponibili nei dintorni a pagamento (carissimi!)

Una brutta esperienza

Posizionata in una piccola viuzza cieca lateralmente al castello di Caen .Siamo arrivati di sera e già per arrivarci è stato un po' difficoltoso visto che la strada era dissestata dai ciottoli e non c'era nessun tipo di illuminazione. Il piano più basso,un seminterrato,aveva uno sgradevole odore di muffa, qui si trovava anche il minuscolo bagno con il wc e un angolo cottura poco fornito. Primo piano con 1 camera da letto e bagno con doccia e un lavandino minuscolo (otturato) che anche per lavarti le mani era difficile evitare che l'acqua cadesse per terra.La doccia era un box non fissato stabilmente al muro ma tutto sommato funzionante.Arriviamo al secondo piano, un sottotetto con la seconda camera da letto .Faceva tanto caldo e non c'era neanche la possibilità di aprire la finestra lucernario perché un cartello ci pregava di non farlo perché era rotta(avrebbero potuto compensare almeno con un ventilatore). Nel complesso la pulizia della casa era davvero scarsa, io soggetto allergico,ho dovuto prendere un antistaminico . Scosigliatissima!!!!

Horrible, sitio sucio e incomodo.

Nada, si hubiera podido me hubiera ido a otro alojamiento, sólo era para pasar tres noches y estaba deseando que pasara lo antes posible. Sólo estaba bien el frigorífico que enfriaba muy bien.

Limpieza inexistente y falta de mantenimiento básico. Mucha humedad en el interior, ventana rota en el tejado que no se podía cerrar, lavabo atascado, manguera del teléfono de ducha roto, colchones, almohadas y sus fundas viejo y amarillento. Escalera ruidosa.

Logement qui pourrait être bien s'il était mieux entretenu.

La configuration du logement est agréable (2 vraies chambres) et la literie est confortable. Propriétaire assez réactif.

Ménage à moitié fait à notre arrivée, voisinage bruyant, fenêtre cassée dans la chambre du haut et colonies de fourmis dans l'espace de salle à manger. Peu de produits ménagers et de conforts domestiques (1 rouleau de PQ pour 2 personnes pour 9 jours...).

Bien situer proche de commerce restauration et boulangerie Il y a du thé du café sucre du riz présent dans le logement

Manque simplement de produits ménagé (aspirateur ballet sont présent) mais pour netoyer si on veut faire un petit nettoyage .
