Close to amenities.

Very tired, indulging, bedding and towels. I think with little cost, it could of felt more clean and comfortable, we were just grateful we had travelled with our own pillows for comfort,

Klein appartement, met een nog kleinere keuken met alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand

Een klein appartement aan de zijkant van een soort flatgebouw, en nabij het toeristische centrum van Caen. lijkt het ideale recept voor lawaai en slecht slapen. Maar het was juist heel stil in en rond het kleine appartement. Dit appartement verdient zijn punten vooral door de ligging. 508 minuten naar de restaurants, 10 loopminuten naar het kasteel (en het grote park op de heuvel) en niet veel meters meer naar de haven en nog meer restaurants.

Er is een parkeerplaats voor het appartementencomplex, maar het aantal plekken is veel te klein. Onze auto stond op 50 meter op een paralelstraatje met standaard straat-parkeervakken. Maar je kan ook pech hebben, en dan zou je eventueel verder weg moeten parkeren.

Kellemes, jól felszerelt lakás a központtól nem messze

Szép tiszta, kellemes szállás a központtól pár perc sétára, nyugalmas környéken. A bejutáshoz egyértelmű instrukciókat kaptunk és gördülékenyen ment a szállás elfoglalása. A lakás felszereltsége kiváló. Öten szálltunk meg a lakásban lányok, ezért nekünk nagyon hasznos volt, hogy legalább 4 tükör van a lakás különböző pontjain.

Az egyik szobában az emeletes ágy nem túl stabil. Rendkívül hangos minden moccanás és felnőttek számára nem túl kényelmesek, de ez nem befolyásolta az ottlétünket, tudtunk pihenni.

No tiene sala de estar y hace calor en verano para dormir, pero no es muy molesto

Appartamento vecchio, tenuto male, stoviglie e utensili pieni di calcare. Come asciugamani solo un telo bagno a testa, assenza di prodotti da bagno. Il water sembrava un loculo. Inoltre per tutta la casa un odore di aceto/ammoniaca

Bene ma non benissimo

Ottima posizioni a pochi minuti dal centro e con parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Al primo piano poi appartamento tutto in 1 unico piano. Utili lavatrice e asciugatrice.

La cucina non era molto pulita, il fatto che il wc fosse dalla parte opposta del corridoio del resto del bagno, senza nemmeno un lavandino per potersi lavare le mani. Wc proprio vicino alla cucina.

La ubicación y el precio acorde con lo que nos encontramos.

Las fotos engañan. Es un apartamento muy muy modesto. Ya solo la puerta de entrada te da a entender lo que te vas a encontrar. No hay salón, por lo que tan solo puedes sentarte en la pequeña cocina. En cuanto a las camas, son cómodas pero las almohadas inaceptables.
