The apartment was close to the train station and the minimetro. Stefania was accommodating.

The apartment is near the train station, but as I have arrived , the street leading to it was under renovation and totally blocked so I had to walk 10 minutes until I reach it. The area is full of Africans. The air-conditioning was not switch on ,the windows were opened and the rooms were full of flies.

A due passi da Perugia, come a casa!

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Minimetro, parcheggio sotto casa, ascensore per salire in casa, quest’ultima pulita, super carina, balconcino, vista su un bel paesaggio umbro.

Nulla, siamo stati solo una notte, ma ci torneremo volentieri, forse aggiungerei qualche dettaglio nel bagno.

Abbiamo trascorso qui una sola notte di soggiorno per brevità di viaggio. L'ambiente era molto pulito e ordinato. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ha spiegato tutto alla perfezione. Ci si poteva sentire come a casa. Bagno pulito e funzionante.

La casa era ottima, perfettamente pulita ed accogliente, host molto gentile. Tutto al suo posto per un ottimo soggiorno!

Mancava qualche dettaglio...tipo i sacchetti della spazzatura e qualche rotolo in piú di carta igienica, ma veramente poca roba.

Soggiorno per lavoro

La struttura si trova in un palazzo tranquillo e zona ben collegata vicino la stazione di Fontivegge ma a due passi da supermercati eccc. L’appartamento é accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Non potevo trovare di meglio. L’host gentilissima e disponibile.

Forse solo la parte del sanitario(bidet) da cambiare per igiene e il materasso che da una parte affondava totalmente e per questo un po’ scomodo. Spero che questi dettagli vengano presi in considerazione in modo tale da avere un 10 perché merita tanto. Ma già così non ha nulla da invidiare.

A dona é muito simpática e o apartamento amplo, luminoso e bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e do minimetro. O estacionamento na rua é muito próximo.

O colchão não é confortável, seria conveniente trocá-lo.

管理人さんがとてもいい人でした。日本人の私にグーグル翻訳を使って何度も教えてくれました。鍵の受け渡しがスムーズでした。アパートメントの宿泊は初めてでしたが、とても親切に丁寧に使用方法を教えてくれました。駅からとても近く静かで落ち着いた場所でした。

特にありません。もっと長く宿泊したかったです。次回もまた泊まりたいと思いました。

Schöne Wohnung in Perugia

Sehr nette Vermieterin, sie hat extra auf uns gewartet, da wir aufgrund eines Staus später als vereinbart angekommen sind. Wir hatten dann ein Problem mit der Heizung und Stefania hat uns telefonisch dabei geholfen dieses zu beheben. Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet, sie ist nett eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Im Preis inbegriffen war auch die Nutzung der Garage, das fanden wir sehr gut. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant, das man zu Fuß erreichen kann (Osteria Mangiafuoco).

Die Heizung ist leider immer wieder ausgegangen und man musste die Gastherme immer wieder neu einschalten. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer für zwei Erwachsene etwas unbequem.
