Very spacious, nicely furnished, impeccably clean

We've had issues with our previous apartment and found this as an alternative accommodation last minute. This saved our vacation! Tiziana replied to us right away and arranged a fast check-in so that we could move our luggage. We were met with kindness in a lovely apartment: very spacious, nicely furnished, impeccably clean, and air-conditioned. I also liked that there is a lot of storage and shelf space to put your stuff, and not crowded with random objects as you see in some apartments. We made great use of a very handy kitchen, with a big fridge and a freezer. The building is right next to an awesome grocery shop, where you can buy literally anything you need to make a wonderful meal. There is covered parking available below the building. We also appreciated the location being a few-minute drive away from the busy city center, but still close enough to get anywhere fast. We hope to return to this accommodation in the future!

Struttura promossa a pieni voti per pulizia, confort e ospitalità.

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato, camere ampie e confortevoli, massima pulizia. Composto da ampia camera matrimoniale in parquet, soggiorno con divano matrimoniale + comoda cucina, bagno e ampio balcone con tavolo e sedie. Presente tutto il necessario ed anche di piu'. Posteggio sotto casa sempre disponibile Impianto di riscaldamento autonomo con radiatori e splitter a muro. Host molto gentile, accogliente e molto disponibile Ubicato nella periferia di Perugia, vicino al raccordo autostradale molto comodo per spostarsi in auto per visitare la regione. Presenza di un grande supermercato e una pizzeria napoletana a meno di 5 minuti a piedi.

Vista la posizione in prossimità del raccordo autostradale, la posizione e' ottima per spostarsi in auto, un po' meno per fare due passi a piedi a parte il supermercato adiacente. L'appartamento e' un gioiellino ma lo stabile e' un po' fatiscente.

Appartamento perfetto per famiglie

Appartamento pulito e grande, con cucina e elettrodomestici a disposizione. Letto comodo e stanza matrimoniale grande. Divano letto utile se siamo in 4 persone come la mia famiglia. Lenzuoli e asciugamani compresi nel prezzo, oltre a kit di benvenuto per la prima colazione. Ottima posizione per visitare Perugia e dintorni. Parcheggio gratuito sotto l'appartamento.

I proprietari sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili e si adattano alle vostre esigenze. Meravigliosi! La casa è una delle case più belle in cui io sia stata (e ne sono stata davvero in molte). Ogni confort è disponibile, la pulizia fantastica. Assolutamente consigliato!
