Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem fantastischem Blick. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Fußbodenheizung ist um diese Jahreszeit perfekt. Alles vorhanden, was man an Ausstattung im Urlaub braucht. WLan funktioniert perfekt. Parkplatz direkt neben der Wohnung auf dem eingezäunten Gelände. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, perfekte Kommunikation. Sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder in die Gegend komme, buche ich gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Und nun viele Grüße aus Apulien :-)

דירה פרטית מאובזרת היטב, מרווחת, נקייה ונוחה מאד. ממוקמת באזור מקסים עם נוף פתוח וסמוכה לחנויות וסופר מרקטים. נגישות נוחה למרכזי נוחות ואטרקציות באזור. התקשורת עם אלכס הייתה מעולה ולא חסר לנו דבר בדירה. חניה נוחה בסמוך לדלת הבית. בהחלט מומלץ בחום למי שמטיילים באזור!!

Vista stupenda e totale tranquillità a due passi da Perugia

La struttura si trova leggermente fuori dal centro, in zona collinare: posizione che non pregiudica affatto il raggiungimento di Perugia o delle altre città umbre e che, anzi, regala una vista splendida e una riservatezza davvero impagabile. L’appartamento è bellissimo, curato e super funzionale, con parcheggio privato e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno sia breve che lungo. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host: accogliente, presente e preciso nelle informazioni, ma sempre riservato (in 5 giorni ci siamo incrociati solo un paio di volte). E infine non possiamo non citare Nina, la cagnolina di casa, che ci ha fatto visita un paio di volte alla ricerca di coccole😂 Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliatissimo!

Lacugnano appartament

Praticamente mi è piaciuto tutto La casa è nuovissima con tutto il necessario all'interno. Si trova in una zona collinare con un bel fresco la sera che ti permette di godere dello spazio davanti la struttura. Una volta visitata Perugia hai un piccolo angolo di paradiso per la sera I proprietari sono bravissime persone e sempre disponibilissimi per qualsiasi richiesta (anche se è impossibile che manchi qualcosa, ho trovato anche l'acqua distillata per ferro da stiro)

Appartamento bellissimo con vista spettacolare.

Appartamento nuovissimo al piano terra a pochi minuti in auto dal centro di Perugia. Comodo posto auto riservato a fianco dell’appartamento. Arredato con gusto e in modo molto funzionale con una cabina armadio dove depositare le valigie. La vista dall’appartamento è davvero spettacolare. Molto piacevole la terrazza con vista dove fare la colazione al mattino. Proprietari professionali, estremamente disponibili e discreti.
