This place was overall a nice and cute, we stayed with friends and would recommend this for a large groups of people. The owner is very kind and welcoming.
The only downsite is the location - it is downhill in Perugia and one can get to the centre with minimetro station, which is quite close by, but not close enough as we'd like, or with a car. Good thing is that it is close to the train station.

La casa è grande e sarebbe anche molto carina se venisse tenuta un po' meglio. La posizione è ok se si viene in macchina, il quartiere sembra molto tranquillo. L'aria condizionata era solo in una delle stanze ma funzionava bene
All'entrata siamo stati accolti da un forte odore di umido. C'erano macchie in bagno e in generale non dava l'idea di essere un ambiente molto pulito. Personalmente, ho dovuto usare una mia t-shirt come federa perché il letto in cui ho dormito ne era sprovvisto.
