Nice stay for bigger groups in Perugia

This place was overall a nice and cute, we stayed with friends and would recommend this for a large groups of people. The owner is very kind and welcoming.

The only downsite is the location - it is downhill in Perugia and one can get to the centre with minimetro station, which is quite close by, but not close enough as we'd like, or with a car. Good thing is that it is close to the train station.

Sicuramente migliorabile

Positiva la posizione tranquilla in una zona residenziale molto silenziosa, possibilità ampia di trovare un posto auto. Apprezzabile anche il terrazzino. Propietario molto cordiale.

La pulizia molto superficiale ( in cucina ragnatele sul soffitto, tostapane e bollitore molto sporchi; nei bagni lavabo rotti, silicone annerito dal tempo, calcare). La casa è disseminata di profumatori per ambienti per coprire l'odore di umido e fumo molto presente sul lenzuola ed asciugamani. Molti suppellettili inutili che ostacolano una pulizia più accurata. La casa ha un ottimo potenziale ma dev'essere rimodernata.

La casa è enorme, si può tranquillamente alloggiare in 5/6 persone. Ha anche un ampio spazio all'aperto e un giardinetto. Dispone anche di parcheggio gratuito.

Se non hai un auto è un po scomoda da raggiungere rispetto al centro della città.
