Nice apartment

The apartment is well positioned near the Case Bruciate minimetro station, one stop from the city center. We did some shopping at the Coop supermarket near the train station, about 10 minutes walk. The apartment is large, clean, one bedroom is facing the main street and has its own bathroom, the other bedroom is quieter, you can't hear the traffic from the street, the main bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a balcony in the main room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals, we didn't cook, but there is the possibility if you want. The key collection went quite well, we had to notify the owner 20 minutes before arriving at the address, we waited a few minutes until a man came but it wasn't a problem.

A great place to stay to explore the splendor of Perugia and Umbria.

The reception by the host was very good. We were met at the apartment and given a tour of the property and all the particulars. The apartment was very nice and, compared to most properties of this type, very spacious. It is a perfect place of a couple or a pair of couples. The proximity to the mini metro and the train station makes it an ideal location to explore the historic center or use as a base to explore Umbria. We had an awesome time.

Great accommodation for two couples or family of four. Tastefully decorated.

It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and very close to the city centre by using the Minimetro rail which was walking distance to get to. Loved it. We loved the fact that there was a bar right across the road and the alcoholic drinks were very cheap. Short walk (approximately 7 minutes) to a lovely supermarket, Greek restaurant and a fantastic Gelateria. All in all great accommodation. Thank you.

There was nothing we didn’t like although the washing machine, during the spin cycle was very loud and the shower took a while to get up to and maintain a suitable temperature.

Self catering. We hired a car so location was not an issue.

Beautiful apartment near Perugia's historical centre

Beautifully presented, light and spacious apartment. It has 2 balconies with views to historical Perugia. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lucca greeted us and was very pleasant and helpful. Close to MiniMetro for travel up hill to historical sites.

Noisy lift is annoying, especially at night and early morning. A difficult walk from train station with luggage. Located in a residential area of mostly apartments. No Internet for one whole day (after reporting it).

Thoroughly updated and upgraded apartment. FULLY Stocked kitchen with all utensils needed should you decide to cook. Coop Supermarket five to 10 minutes Mini Mart 2 minutes. Ample amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine. Three balconies, superb wi fi connectivity. 5-10 Minute walk to Mini Metro and train station. This is a multi floor, multi unit urban apartment building with an efficient elevator and parking is usually available on the street, at or near the front door

We had a great time!

The perfect accommodation from all points of view! Excellent location for visiting Perugia but also other tourist attractions in the Umbria area, the stylish design, the complete and perfectly functional facilities, the astonishing view on the city, the large parking space in the proximity are features for which I appreciate that the apartment deserves a 5 star rating. I also have to mention the kindness of the host.

Very clean, cosy, spacious and well equipped apartment. Location was very good and close to the old part of Perugia. We had no problem for parking. There were amazing views from the balcony and terrace. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend it and will visit again for sure in the future.

WE LOVED IT AND ARE COMING BACK FOR SURE

The apartment was large and beautifully appointed. Everything was first class and the whole apartment had been totally renovated. Three terraces and a wonderful view. We loved it. The owners were just lovely, very helpful and concerned that we enjoyed the apartment and Perugia. We highly recommend staying there. It was in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk down to the mini metro which we used constantly sometimes twice a day. Another five minute walk up the street to the Conad City supermarket was very convenient and they basically have everything you could want for groceries plus a very nice deli.

The mini metro only operated until 2105 Monday thru Friday. Saturday until 0145 am but then Sunday only until 2045. The tickets are only good for 70 minutes. It meant going up early enough for a relaxed dinner and not leaving it until the very last tram because if you missed it, you would be stuck having to take a taxi back down and they cost a minimum of €15 . There are no restaurants in the immediate area of the apartment, you must go up to old town Perugia where you find dozens of restaurants and shops and the little trams come every few minutes. Great and convenient if it just ran later.

Encantador

As fotos mostram exatamente o que encontramos. Apartamento muito confortável e bem equipado. Tudo muito limpo e moderno. Éramos 2 casais e tivemos muita privacidade. Angela nos recepcionou com bom humor e atenção e nos deu dicas importantes. O mini metro que leva até o centro histórico tem uma parada a 2 minutos do apto. Recomendamos!
