La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente e strategica, a 5 minuti di cammino dal centro storico di Perugia. La casa era tranquilla, abbastanza pulita, dotata di tanti comfort e di un parcheggio privato eccellente. Consigliatissima se si vuole visitare Perugia e dintorni.
La struttura è gestita completamente da remoto ( ovvero senza presenza di nessun che ti accolga. Tutto è gestito tramite chat WhatsApp). Questa cosa ti fa sentire un po' abbandonato.

Posizione strategica: a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, scale mobili e parcheggi vicinissimi. Alloggio pulito, luminoso e ben attrezzato. Una zona esterna dove potersi rilassare e, cosa importante, possibilita' di parcheggiare all' interno della struttura. È il secondo anno consecutivo che torno ed ormai è il mio punto di riferimento!
