Posizione perfetta per girare Perugia lasciando la macchina parcheggiata! Scale mobili a 5 minuti a piedi, appartamento pulito e spazio esterno buono - seppure semplice - per godersi un po' di sole con un buon libro. Area molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Non abbiamo usato la cucina per cucinare ma comunque per le cose basilari è stata perfettamente utile. Possibile anche guardarsi un film in tv sul divano volendo! Sicuramente migliorabile considerando il prezzo, però abbiamo dato molto valore al parcheggio privato quindi per noi ne è valsa la pena.
Premetto che questi commenti sono per puntualizzare alcune cose ma che l'esperienza nell'insieme è stata comunque molto positiva!
Punti negativi: i proprietari hanno chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno a 1,50€ invece di 1€ (la maggiorazione iniziava dal mese di aprile ma noi siamo stati a marzo). I messaggi su whatsapp erano tantissimi e non sapevo come scremare per leggere solo le cose importanti che serviva fare prima di arrivare. Il bidet non funzionava bene ci siamo fatti la doccia in sostituzione. Il letto faceva molto rumore, non so se c'era una specie di coprimaterasso in plastica, quindi di notte se uno si muoveva ci si svegliava un po'.
Per il resto veramente ottimo :)

Posizione ottima , parcheggio privato gradito ma meglio avvisare i clienti con macchine di grossa cilindrata che é molto difficile il transito e lo sterzo in quella stradine strette

The apartment was lovely, clean, great facilities and in a safe area. It is also a short walk to old town and close to transport. Host was also very helpful.
The ONLY thing would be the bed wasn't terribly comfortable. I think it had a plastic mattress cover under the sheets which made it noisy and a little uncomfortable.

Good secure parking, convenient location from which to explore Perugia, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Excellent communication with Marco, our host. Good wifi. One of the best kitchen we experienced in Italy
Arrival instructions, gate and door electronic keys were confusing at first but, once mastered with help from Marco, worked well.
