Excellent location, comfortable accommodation, good quality furnishings.
Couple of maintenance problems...sink plug didn't work, hand held shower didn't work. No mirror for drying hair or putting makeup on.

Quality, quality and quality. Most places are stocked with DFS furniture and Victoria plumbing that oooze budget. You would have to go to the Cotswolds to beat this, loved it.
Sorry to say the food/staff at the Carpenters arms who manage it are not to the same standard, eat at the Owl in Hawnby

The property was beautiful with lovely surroundings.
I felt the keys should have been available to collect from the property.
And, if collected from the restaurant, a discount off an evening meal would have been nice , not just breakfast.
