Excellent The Carpenters Arms couldn't be more accommodating. The manager onsite was able to sort a late breakfast sandwich as our meeting had overrun past the breakfast finishing time of 10AM. He was very friendly, we will definitely visit again!
To be advised on booking that we needed to check in at The Carpenters Arms as we arrived at West Acre Lodge although the electric gate opened & we were onsite, nobody was around and no instructions on site to go to The Carpenters Arms, Thankfully we managed to get some signal to call the number on the booking confirmation, as signal was poor in the area. The manager at The Carpenters Arms gave us all the information needed and we travelled down to the pub to collect the keys. It became apparent once we got logged onto the free WIFI that this is confirmed on the booking confirmation that came through on email, however with it being a last minute booking with poor signal in the area this wasn't clear in our circumstances.

The fantastic cosy bedroom and lovely location.
The keys to the doors were difficult to open.
