Spacious, clean and welcoming.
It was stuffy when we got there so we had to open the windows to cool it all down. The sink plug in kitchen had been left in too and with the drippy tap the sink was over flowing so we had to fix it

Stunning location 5 miles from Helmsley Comfortable cottage situated in a Dales working farm. We also discovered the Star at Harerome for amazing food and PORTERS COFFEE House Helmsley for the best coffee and Yorkshire scones we had ever tasted. A wonderful trip.

It was an interesting working farm in a beautiful setting. We had Granary and Holt that worked well for our family meet up, ages 60’s to 4 year old. Lovely local walks.
Some of the beds were uncomfortable but others alright.

Location in the country side.
Next doors cottage front door to close to ours if we had our front door open they had to close theirs. They had a young family and they were in and out every couple of minutes.
