Dirty cabinets, wonky doors and blood smeared on a door Unsafe bunk bed (can’t have small kids sleeping in there had to put mattress on the floor No key card to gain entry got threatened to be kicked out. Company were a nightmare to deal with couldnt use the pool or gym because of this

Overall we had a great time and loved the view both day and night.

Great location. Rooms very spacious. Great view. The host was excellent with communication and also was very prompt on organising a technician with a water issue.

Kitchen was not clean. No dishwasher tablets or disinfectant for the kitchen. Kitchen paper and toilet paper would have been appreciated. Only one key was provided between 7 guests. Asked for the card for parking but did not receive.

Very large apartment, gorgeous view, but loud.

The size of the apartment was great for our big family. Large windows at living room, with beautiful view of the lit up buildings in the evening (33rd floor). Had all kitchen amenities, like stove, coffee maker, microwave, etc, and the hot water worked great for the showers. We loved that we had so many bedrooms (sheets were clean), and kids could each have their own room. We also enjoyed the swimming pool on the 1st floor.

The apartment needs a good cleaning and some maintenance work. Some showers were not draining right, and you could tell that at least in one of them the door was damaged due to the water over time. The curtains are coming off in places, kitchen cabinets have not been wiped in a long time (some had a weird smell inside) two of the bedrooms had doors to the balcony, but only one opened, and it has not been mopped under the sofa probably in a while. Our small child got his hands on some sticky old drink that was spilled there. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, but it's extremely loud because it's next to the highway, so if we sat on the balcony we had to talk very loud to hear each other over the traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper you might want to consider this because the traffic noise is quite loud in the bedrooms too.

Tra le poche note positive, segnaliamo la buona posizione dell’appartamento, che consente di muoversi facilmente in città, e la reception operativa 24 ore su 24, con personale generalmente disponibile. Inoltre, pur essendo piccola, la sala palestra è stata comunque utile per un minimo di attività fisica.

La nostra esperienza in questo appartamento a Dubai è stata purtroppo negativa sotto diversi aspetti. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: uno dei bagni era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili, con evidenti tracce di sporco e, cosa ancor più grave, una perdita dal soffitto che sembrava provenire da un bagno dell’appartamento superiore. Una situazione davvero spiacevole e insostenibile. Il soggiorno e la cucina avevano il pavimento unto, tale da richiedere una pulizia aggiuntiva. I lampadari sembravano non essere mai stati lavati In due delle camere da letto, l’aria condizionata era impostata fissa sui 20°C senza possibilità di regolazione, il che ci ha causato malesseri.La piscina condominiale era in pessime condizioni, con sdraio sporche e malandate, e in numero insufficiente per gli ospiti. Anche questo ha influito negativamente sul nostro soggiorno.
