Excellent stay in beautiful apartment in magnificent city of Genoa.
Very convenient location. Close to subway, bus and train station (5-7min walking) Also all sorts of stores are around the corner. Coffee shop, pizzeria etc. Little garden too. No parks though. The place is very close to downtown, or city center- walkable distance 20-30 minutes to enjoy streets, old buildings, stores and slowly moving towards historical downtown and the seaport area.
Basically everything was excellent, the apartment is in a very good condition and comfortable. The only thing is, when people arrive from different country to the apartment with the goal of to travel and explore, they don’t want much to go to supermarket to buy supplies they might need like salt sugar soap detergent etc. Would be nice to have basic supplies. It’s just a suggestion

Ottima casa vicina a molti punti di Genova e di altre città, mercato e lavanderia nelle vicinanze, la casa ha molti utensili da cucina, la consiglio e tornerò il prima possibile
alcune cose come i televisori e la lavastoviglie e le lavatrici non potevano essere utilizzate della casa erano molto vecchie e avevano solo bisogno di manutenzione, la TV non aveva accesso a Internet

Piacevole soggiorno.
L’appartamento è molto grande e arioso, abbastanza illuminato nonostante sia ad un secondo piano. Molto silenzioso con le finestre chiuse, in estate immagino che le finestre aperte creino più rumore ma è il prezzo da pagare per un appartamento in centro. Il condominio è tranquillo e abbastanza curato. Comodo l’ascensore anche se piccolino. Il bagno molto grande, senza finestra ma con aspiratore. Le camere abbastanza ampie e molto ampio anche il vano giorno con cucina a vista. Molto molto comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi e la stazione della metro e dei treni a piedi. Fuori dal portone ci sono parcheggi a pagamento ma nella via laterale ci sono parcheggi liberi, quindi comodo anche per chi arriva in auto.
Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto tenere tutti i vestiti nelle valigie perché gli armadi erano molto sporchi, sia esternamente che internamente. In generale poca cura nella pulizia. Essendo un appartamento che può accogliere fino a sei persone, suggerisco di aggiungere una pentola adeguata per poter cuocere una pasta.

È una casa bella grande ed è vicino al centro e alla stazione, ma non c’è parcheggio libero, a differenza di quello che ci aveva detto la hostess e la casa dentro ha molte cose che stanno per rompersi, come il letto.
C’era poco e niente, dalla lavatrice proveniva puzza, il letto era decisamente troppo, ma troppo basso e a ogni minimo movimento scricchiolava come se si dovesse rompere. Dopo il prezzo, mi aspettavo un minimo di servizio, non c’erano tovaglioli, di carta igienica c’erano 4 rotoli contati per 15 giorni, non c’era neanche il detergente intimo. Gli utensili in cucina decisamente troppo pochi e troppo piccoli, ho dovuto buttare via tutto perché non si cuoceva. Di sacchi per la spazzatura ce ne erano uno nel bagno e uno in cucina e BASTA per 2 settimane e del parcheggio libero neanche l’ombra, al contrario di come c’era scritto tra i servizi della struttura.
