la zona è pieno centro per cui molto comoda
il portone esterno si apre a fatica, andrebbe rivisto la serratura. La casa si trova molto vicino ad una zona di locali per giovani e potrebbe risultare un po' rumorosa la notte a finestre aperte.

Posizione a pochi passi dalle vie centrali (è tutta salita, ma il centro di Perugia è così), check in automatico con key locker ma titolare in costante contatto, cortese e disponibile. Appartamentino grazioso, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, incluso l'essenziale per la colazione o uno snack. Letto abbastanza comodo, di quelli un po' duri; bagno a posto con vasca-doccia perfettamente funzionante. Wi-Fi ottimo.
Il palazzo e gli infissi non sono moderni, l'insonorizzazione praticamente non c'è. Occhio alle porte, che, come si faceva una volta, sono piuttosto basse.
