Casetta molto carina
E' una tipica casa nel centro di Perugia, molo piccola ma molto carina. Il soggiorno è quanto basta per 2 persone con al massimo 2 bambini. La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che è necessario (olio, sale , caffè) e la proprietaria fa trovare anche quanto serve per una prima colazione.
La zona che è ottima però forse un po' rumorosa nelle notti d'estate e in occasione di manifestazioni come UJ in quanto molto vicina alle vie della festa. La pulizia è buona, l'edificio è attualemnte in ristrutturazione per cui la casetta risultava un po' polverosa, ma credo fosse per qs ragione.

Davvero accogliente!
Alcuni accorgimenti…sugli infissi un po’ vecchiotti, la porta del bagno che non si chiude bene e una presa quasi rotta. Consiglierei di controllare queste cose
