A very comfortable apartment just 10 minutes from the town center.

The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, high-speed internet, and a modern TV! It is very close to many attractions, as well as the bus station. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore Perugia.

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to install AC anywhere in the city, and with the windows open, scooters and garbage trucks may cause some noise.

Convenient and cosy

The location is just perfect if you want to visit the city or attend the University. 2 minutes walking distance to the heart of town, major supermarket and coffee places. The apartment has got absolutely everything you may need on a daily basis, lots of toiletry stuff and kitchen equipment and items. It’s spacious and cosy. Host super nice and available at any time and for all sorts of recommendations. Communication easy via WhatsApp.

Nothing I can think of. Perhaps noisy neighbours, but it was just for a couple of nights.

Nice apartment, great location, with a genuinely friendly host

What a great host! Gianmarco was so easy to communicate with and made sure everything ran smoothly. Would recommend it to anyone and would definitely be happy to be back at this property any time. The apartment has everything you need, as well as being close to key areas of this part of Perugia, please do prepare to have Internet on your phone but otherwise, I can't complain!

The rooms were spacious. Clean place, very central, very friendly host. Good value for money.

No living room, only a table to sit at the kitchen. Bathroom a little small, a tall person might have struggled.

Pace e tranquillità nella bella Perugia

Vicino al centro e nonostante la ZTL dalle 14 alle 21 è tutto gestibile, ci sono i parcheggi gratuiti vicino. Posizione silenziosa e casa fresca. Proprietario accogliente e gentilissimo. Casa con tutto il necessario, addirittura le prime necessità come sale. olio, zucchero ecc...

L'acqua della doccia arrivava pianissimo forse c'era poca pressione..

Εξαιρετική και άνετη διαμονή.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στην παλιά πόλη, στην πύλη Αντωνίου. Πολλή κοντά με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Υπήρχε ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ πολύ κοντά. Εξαιρετικός και κατατοπιστικότατος ο οικοδεσπότης Τζαν. Το κατάλυμα πληρούσε όλες τις προϋποθέσεις.

Posizione fantastica, proprietario fantastico. Ci ha aiutato al meglio nella nostra esperienza. Es. purtroppo sbadatamente abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi fuori, nonostante fossero le 9 di sera e il proprietario abitasse fuori città in dieci minuti è venuto a darci un'altro mazzo di chiavi.

Skvělá lokalita s milým majitelem.

Výborná poloha ve starém městě, jen pár minut od centra od univerzity, nebo od katedrály. Ubytovatel Gian Marco byl velmi milý, vstřícný a nápomocný např. při hledání parkování. Byt dostatečně vybavený, čistý.

V lokalitě se obtížně hledá parkování, ale když má člověk štěstí, lze parkovat i u domu, ale jen přes noc a dopoledne, odpoledne se tam nesmí, takže je potřeba odjet. Koupelna je trochu stísněná, ale stačí.
