Great location easily walkable to city center

Amazing location, very easy to walk to city center, comfortable bed, had most things that you needed to cook, and the host was very responsive/kind.

The apartment is partly underground so there is minimal natural light and no screens so if you leave any of the windows open bugs fly in. The temperature of the shower only gets luke warm but that doesn’t bother me. Having cooking oil would have been great and maybe a new frying pan.

Very clean and comfortable stay in the city centre of Perugia

The hosts had a warm welcome for us. The appartment was very clean and there was everything you could wish for. The bed was extraordinary comfortable and we could even wash our clothes. The appartment is located in the old town of beautiful Perugia, the central piazza is just a 10 minute walk away.

Casetta in zona residenziale e tranquilla.

Buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Perugia, con un autobus si arriva facilmente anche alla stazione. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per chi volesse utilizzarla. La doccia era fornita di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Pulizia ok.

Le coperte extra nell'armadio hanno rilasciato un po' di polvere, questo può dare fastidio a chi ha allergia ecc. Per il resto era tutto pulito.

Fint iordningställd lägenhet på bottenvåning i ett flerbostadshus. Lägenheten ligger vid en större gata. Parkering på gatan. Promenadavstånd till genuina miljöer, restaurang, livsmedel Värden var tillgänglig via W A.

Fuktig luft i lgh (regnväder). Svårmanövrerad dörr tillbadrummet... Vi saknade sänglampor.

Posizione comodissima per girare Perugia e molti luoghi dell'Umbria. Appartamento con tutti i confort (lavatrice, cucina con tutti gli accessori, doccia comodissima, aria calda ecc). Proprietari gentilissimi pronti ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Parcheggio vicino la struttura anche gratuito.

appartamento troppo caldo.

l'appartamento è carino e funzionale. Adatto sia ad una coppia che una famiglia, noi con due bambine piccole ci siamo trovati bene nonostante i saliscendi (uno scalino per andare in bagno e uno per entrare in camera) che si devono fare per entrare in camera e in bagno.

IL CALDO. Senza aria condizionata ad agosto non si può stare. Il piccolo deumidificatore non fa praticamente nulla, si deve tenere acceso il ventilatore che è sicuramente molto potente e fa sicuramente il suo lavoro, ma ha la pecca del rumore. Il divano letto è molto duro, ma la comodità del letto è molto soggettiva, il letto per me era comodo e il divano letto no. l'appartamento si trova alle porte di Perugia, ci vorranno 10/15 min a piedi...ma non sottovalutate Perugia e considerate che è tutta in salita, quindi non consigliato con i passeggini (ci sono però scale mobili posizionate in due/tre punti della città).
