A wonderful cozy apartment which is surprisingly cool despite no air-conditioner and like +38 C outside. Feels bigger than it looks on pictures. Great location!! A very easy check in process and good communication via WhatsApp with the friendly host.
A bit humid, especially in the bathroom, mouldy smell.

De goede ligging van het verblijf: centraal in Perugia en toch rustig gelegen. Studio was goed uitgerust wat betreft keuken en badkamer.

Très près du centre historique, pas cher. Un chauffage d'appoint nécessaire au vu des températures .La propriétaire est venue le lendemain pour constater le dégât et a changé les draps (mais le matelas était mouillé )
Manque d'équipement, canapé lit quasi hors d'usage et surtout mouillé !!! Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle dans la cuisine. Ampoules cassées ou manquantes, éclairage très faible partout, mais surtout dans la cuisine. Très peu de vaisselle. Manque de prises ou multi-prise.
