A very good option close to Arezzo

We had a pleasant one-night stay. The bed is super comfortable, the room is big, breakfast is very good.

The only downside is that in the morning the voices from the breakfast area downstairs are clearly audible.

Simply wonderful in every way

Luana is a fantastic host. We felt comfortable as of the very first moment. She is very helpful, caring and always in a good mood. I also want to mention Elenia who does a very good job as well. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a huge garden, just a few kilometers from Arezzo. Especially convenient we found the private parking area. The room is tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable. Everything is very well maintained and immaculately clean. The bed-sheets are snow-white. You would not find the faintest stain on anything in this room. For breakfast a wide variety of food was offered - everything nicely arranged and tasty - we could even enjoy homemade cake. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation and sincerely hope to be back next year.

The room was big, bed was very confortable, we slept like a baby, the garden was nice and very calming, the cherry on the top is the host Cristiana, helpful, kind and generous. Thank you again.

Not good at all and I won’t be returning

Not much and I do not understand the grading because I do not understand how this place has been awarded a 4 star with no pool and not much else hardly anything tidy about the garden but the staff were nice but not the facility and no way it is 4 star!!!!

Very noisy party so they should have not accepted the booking because they knew that they had a party booked because they were setting up for it when we arrived and we did not sleep all night !!

Pleasant countryside stay

Beautiful hotel in the countryside. The bar and restaurant is well equipped with my needs. There were many other amenities within close proximity. The room was spacious and accommodating with ample lighting and windows for ventilation. I also had a private balcony that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable and the room was peaceful and silent at night, even though the property was close to a primary road. Overall, a great place and the receptionist was wonderful and really helpful.

La cura del prato all’esterno, la pulizia e il calduccio assicurato nelle camere. Complimenti per il ciambellone squisito e la dolcezza delle due signore, davvero gentili. Buona anche la posizione e ottimo il prezzo.

De locatie is beetje buitenaf, dus als je dat niet wilt.. voor ons was het prima maar je hebt wel auto nodig (die je ruim en gratis kunt parkeren)

Schöne ruhige Unterkunft außerhalb von Arezzo

Sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Arezzo, ca 10 min mit dem Auto, sehr ruhig, privater Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, schönes Bad, alles super sauber und einen sehr herzlichen Empfang durch Elenia. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Das Frühstück war prima und der Cappuccino hervorragend.

Keine Kritik, nur man sollte wissen, dass man ein Auto braucht.
