location very close to the event I was attending and Aldi so close is a bonus.
loads of parking available.
apartment really clean and nicely decorated.
the building is a maze...took some time to find the apartment once inside the building... maybe include brief directions like how to find flat 45... collect keys from lock box go through door and up the rear stairs, ect ect.
the smell, but that is not something that the host can manage... but maybe provide some air freshener, (I will bring some if I come again)

Very good location. Great heating in the property as well as everything needed for a short stay.
Would be good to have a mirror in the bathroom. Also a separate bin for recyclable material would be useful.
Unfortunately the Internet didn't work for the last few days I was there which didn't get resolved but it was a holiday period.

Very new and modern.
Needs more attention to detail. TV not set up for Freeview. No reception. WiFi not accessible. Needs more instructions to find the apartment once inside the building. Needs a small mirror in bathroom.
