Cosy 2 Bed Apartment in Burton-on-Trent

The accommodation was within a secure and well appointed building with private parking. The apartment itself was a good size and with good amenities and easily accessible on the ground floor. We didn't use the kitchen appliances, but all seemed to be in good order. Rooms were a great size and beds were clean and comfy and the communal areas were appreciated. some staining on the couch in the communal area, and unidentified staining on the carpets in both rooms but it didn't impact on our stay other than low level anxiety about being blamed and losing a security deposit. (time stamped photos taken in case) The instructions for entry email didn't land until a couple of hours after check in so I had to phone the number on the booking. The person on the phone didn't seem familiar with the property and the necessary order to gain access to the foyer, to register the car, directions to the specific room, and codes for the lock box at the room door. All in the email, if I'd received in time, but a bit of a faff over the phone. Maybe earlier provision of the check in email would prevent this?
