The overall experience, the view, peaceful, idyllic, very comfortable bed. Right near amenities, beach, room to park car. Amazing set up.

Beautiful location - very peaceful. Short flat walk to beach and town. Everything you need packed into a small space. Nice decking area to chill out. Large parking space. Lots of birds and rabbits outside.
We were there during a heatwave and it was unbearably hot inside. I'm sure most of the year it would be fine though.

Everything we needed for a short stopover. Lovely attention to detail and a comfortable outside seating area.

Great location on the edge of town with easy access to the beach, train station, shops etc. The decking area feels like you are sat high in the surrounding trees. Kitchen is well equipped & clean and a lovely welcome gift of wine & chocolates was much appreciated.
