Position, comfort, cleanliness and the thoughtfulness of the owner even down to the fact that we didn’t have to take the rubbish out (not that we had a lot) but they had taken on board the fact, which so many others don’t, that they were charging us and not lending us the use of their place, so provided a fulll service to their guests. Thank you to them - the place was lovely and bright and clean with all comforts thought of and had great views. Also everything worked and was not in need of any repair. Lovely. Would happily return.

Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you'd needed and a good view
Barmouth itself is rundown and tired looking lots of shops are closed down, its dead at night and to many Dogs there everywhere.
