Great location clean and tidy. Warm and inviting on entry to the property. Comfortable living area. Great kitchen with a dishwasher 😊 and all you need to cook a decent meal. Washing machine for longer stays even chairs for the beach.

Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you'd needed and a good view
Barmouth itself is rundown and tired looking lots of shops are closed down, its dead at night and to many Dogs there everywhere.
