Great location, great views of the beach and well equipped apartment

Great location with parking included, over the road from the beach and right in the centre of Barmouth close to everything we wanted. Lovely views of the beach from the bay window. Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and great guest guide full of information and recommendations of where to go and eat. Hosts were lovely and quick to respond to my questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Toilet/shower room was on the small side but just about big enough for everything we needed and also located off the bedroom which is not ideal but that would be the only negatives if I had to pick any.

Wonderfully clean, comfortable, well positioned apartment.

Perfectly positioned, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Even the shared areas were very bright and clean.

The only minuscule gripe I had was, while there was an abundance of salt in the cupboard, there was no pepper 😆! Seriously, everything was great.

Located as close to the beach as you can get, and just a short walk from shops and train station , it is a perfect place

The property is fantastic, spotlessly clean, perfectly sized and is fully furnished . You feel at home immediately and it enhanced our holiday by staying there

The view with 2 comfy chairs looking at the sea, could stay there all night and day. Apartment very clean and nicely laid out. Very close to the town centre and local co-op and of course the beach.

Position of the property, views, comfy chairs, comfy bed and all linen so soft and clean. everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, even the weather was excellent.

as we are getting on in age we found the stairs quite a climb especially carrying the luggage up to the apartment, a lift would have been a dream but it will not deter us coming back for a repeat episode.

Easy parking, good views, good shower and apartment well equipped. Stayed during recent hot spell so premises exceptionally warm. Has a fan but unable to cope with temperature.

Duvet to heavy needs summer weight. If touring petrol stations an issue not one in Barmouth.

Probably the best place we have stayed at in Barmouth

A very comfortable flat. Good view out of the window, one for seeing the sea, and two for people watching! We would definitely recommend it. Josh the host responded very quickly and was helpful.

Could do with a shelf for toiletries either in the shower or on the wall. The mirror with lights on in the bathroom was a bit of fun.

Lovely Apartment with everything you could need

We really enjoyed our short stay at Bellaview. Firstly, the Apartment has wonderful views and is in a good location a short walk from the Train station and the centre of Barmouth. There was plenty of equipment if you are doing any cooking. Also more than enough mugs, plates, dishes, glasses, cutlery etc - everything you could want/need really. Comfortable sofa and really appreciated a straightforward Television with Freeview Play! The bed was very comfortable, and the Bathroom whilst small was perfectly sufficient with good shower. The lovely thick towels and 2 flannels were a nice touch. There were a lot of thoughtful touches including 2 games (including Scrabble) and a bottle of fizz which we drank on our last evening.

Barmouth weekend

Great apartment with sea views, very clean and tidy, close proximity to town centre and all amenities, easy free parking and even the weather was good for late April Very comfortable bed and nice and peaceful a very relaxing break, we went over the estuary to fairbourne and back to the ferry by small steam railway a super experience, would definitely recommend a walk over the Barmouth train bridge for the views bonus was train came over bridge has we walked along it , perfect apartment and weekend Barmouth is beautiful

Really nothing to complain about maybe a basket in shower for shampoo, soap and shower gel but we managed okay just would help .

Lovely, warm apartment with amazing views from the bay window and perfect location.

Access was easy. Parking was easy. Felt welcoming on arrival with nice little touches like bottle of fizz, heating not turned off so it was not cold, welcome pack helpful / useful information readily available. The view as you walked in was amazing - exactly as the photos suggest - we spent a lot of time in the bay window!! It was January so I was worried about being cold but heating was great, and responsive so we could turn it down when out and back up when we got home as it warmed up quickly. All requirements seemed to have been thought of - including things like umbrella, beach chairs, games, and kitchen requirements. Bed was very comfy, with good quality linen and also large towels provided. Location was really good with good views, and the Mermaid chippy almost on the doorstep which is my sisters favourite!! Very close to Barmouth centre but a bit of a walk if you want to see the waves crashing at the other end - only an issue as one of our party are much less mobile.

The internet dropped out a couple of times on us but it came back not long after, and was good most of the time. We struggled to know which dial setting on the oven was just fan oven - would be good if this was maybe explained in the welcome book as the illustrations on the dial dont make it very obvious. We just tried each one so not a major issue but we burnt the first thing we tried to cook. I could not seem to get the shower fully hot no matter how I turned the dial. Water pressure was very good but did end up with a warm rather than hot shower.
