Quaint little cottage well equipped for our short stay which was clean and tidy and in a fantastic location, ideal for our needs. And the welcome pack was appreciated.

It is in a good position for the seafront and Barmouth centre

We managed to get parked as my husband has a blue badge, but there are works in place (?flood defences) and traffic lights directly on the street outside so it wasn’t always very easy

Fabulous little cottage

The little cottage had everything you could need. It was really clean and in the perfect location. There was also a nice little welcome gift. I did not see any staff as it was whole cottage so it was impossible to give a fair score.

I suffered a little with the steps and stairs due to my arthritis. I was unable to get the hoover downstairs as it was very heavy and the stairs were narrow.

Good stay

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Clean apartment, owner left some bread, milk and snacks, which was lovely.

For me personally the bed was rather uncomfortable, I woke up with a bad back every morning. but it might just be me. The bins (belong to the pub next door?) outside the apartment always stank very badly.

Tai Isa Barmouth.

The accommodation was to a good comfortable standard. The rooms were clean and in a high standard. 2 double bedrooms which were very comfortable. Bathroom very good. Kitchen had everything we needed. Small living area but we only needed it as a base to do what we needed to. Very quiet as it is tucked away in beautiful Barmouth.

Both alleyways to the property are lined with overfilled industrial bins. Some mornings, we found a bin wheeled outside our front window. The owners have no control over this, but a word to the council would make it more inviting to get to their property. I feel for the owners on this, because it is out of their hands. The property in itself is great.

Perfect little cottage

A fantastic little cottage, very clean, excellent facilities for everything you would need, extremely comfortable beds, situated in the perfect location and with a parking permit for many local areas. Couldn't of asked for more, highly recommended.
