Lovely apartment, spacious, very well equipped, lovely outdoor area with BBQ, amazing view of Barmouth from lounge & main bedroom. Up a steep hill but that gives the views Friendly owners.

Excellent location. facilities in room were great. Lovely gardens with choice of seating areas. We stayed during Julys heat wave but managed to keep the apartment relatively cool

The views, the owner, the coffee, felt like a home from home
No bath but that was our fault as we didn’t realise my son wouldn’t be able to cope with the shower on his eczema, we should have took a shower filter. There was rubbish left under bed from previous guests.
