It was all good. I would recommend driving past the property to the turning point 100m up the road ,the car park entrance has a tight turn on entrance.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Light and airy with amazing views. Very well equipped. The host had thought of everything, even a Nespresso coffee maker so home from home! Within walking distance of Barmouth. We really want to return to take advantage of the amazing walks in the area.

Really difficult call and whilst not a deal breaker I did feel that the mattress was quite soft whereas I prefer a harder mattress, but it might be personal preference. There was no washing machine which would be useful for a longer holiday.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Well kitted out. Responsive hosts. The views were stunning.

The walk back up from town was up a very steep hill which was a lot for my parents although they managed it! Not many 80 year olds would!

Fabulous fantastic 100% recommend

This property is absolutely spectacular even better than the pictures the view took my breath away. The owners have thought of everything you may need it’s spotlessly clean comfy beds the views were magnificent. It was so peaceful and just such a relaxing break. The owners were lovely we have booked already to go back to the same property next year which we never normally do so this speaks for itself :) You will not be disappointed :)

Beautiful Barmouth Apartment

Loved being a short walk into town. The views were outstanding. Beautiful apartment with lots of additional special touches (won't spoil the surprise!). Very nicely kept and well thought out communal spaces. Close to great restaurants and shops.

Stunning place, fantastic hosts - Probably my best booking yet!

Exceptional accomodation. Spacious, tastefilly furnished, well equipped, great location and the views from the duplex bedroom and living room were stunning. Everythimg was thoughtful and done with care and attention. A little basked of local bread, tea, coffee pods and fresh milk in the fridge were provided and jut what was required after a long drive. It is amazing how many hosts miss this simple but essential step as it really adds to the experience. A word of warning. You will need to be pretty fit to walk back to the appartments from town. Well done to the new hosts, keep it up and please get some bikes in for use. Maybe see you next year!!

The matress on our bed was a little soft for our liking, and the bathrooms whilst beautiful and spacious had showers that were a little underpowered. Not a complaint, but by virtue of the property's location, access by car was a little 'tight', and by foot and bike requires a reasonable degree of fitness.

The apartment had the most amazing view, was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and were more than happy to give information about the local area.

The views from the apartment were fantastic, it was a nice size with both bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Good facilities in the kitchen

The final part of the drive, was up a steep hill. Wife wouldn’t drive. However, the views made up for it!

Loved the apartment and our stay

Spacious; comfortable apartment with en-suite to both bedrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with a spectacular view of the bay. There is a 3 kw electric vehicle charging point. There is a pleasant outdoor seating area. There are also seats in the conservatory and a library in the hallway. Andrew, the owner is a pleasant young chap.

The only slight detractor, and it isn’t anything the owner can change, is the tight upward turning into the parking spaces area. All I can say is if you are good at reversing then it shouldn’t be an issue.

Wonderful, great views

The accommodation was spotlessly clean. The views are amazing. We were lucky enough to get an early check in. Lots of board games available which our kids loved. Wonderful stay. We will be back next year!

A lovely comfortable base for a family seaside and walking holiday

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, superb views, plenty of space. A pleasant outdoor seating area. DVDs, books, maps and games for us to borrow - useful on a wet morning. Walking distance to the town, the beach, the estuary, and hiking routes in the hills. The hosts gifted us with crisps, milk and Welsh cakes on our arrival - a lovely welcome.

Lovely apartment, beautiful views, great hosts

Beautiful apartment (we were in Derwen) which overlooked the sea. Really lovely views from the living area and bedroom. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I cannot fault this apartment and we would definitely recommend. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Nice touch having the Welsh cakes and coffee. Thank you

This does not apply. The walk from the centre back to the apartment includes a steep hill. But it takes about 5 minutes and we didn’t mind this at all.

We had a great weekend, regardless of the hill and would certainly book again.

Very clean, great facilities, ideal for our short break. Great apartment with fantastic views. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful.

The only issue with the property is the hill. It is very steep, it’s the price you pay to get the views. We were happy to walk into the town and back each day. There is no problem driving up and parking is available but anyone with walking difficulties may find it too much.

Breathtaking views are the first thing to note. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and well equipped. Every little detail had been considered. Not only to make you feel welcome and comfortable, but also to navigate your way around the area.

I can see that some might struggle with the hill up to the property. But of course…that’s why you have the wonderful views

Amazing apartments close to Barmouth and surrounding countryside

Very welcoming with lots of information available so we could make the most of being in the area. The facilities are amazing and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. The setting is very peaceful and well-placed for walks either into Barmouth or in the surrounding countryside, eg on the paths above Barmouth, the panorama viewpoint or across the railway bridge to Fairbourne.

Some people might be put-off by the hill from the main road to the house, but parking is provided, a range of taxis serve the house and walking up the hill a few times is good training for walking up the world's steepest street in Harlech!
