Very enjoyable indeed.

Nicely decorated, with tasteful artworks. Modern with vintage touches. Outstanding view from the front windows. Easy location into the town, and easy to travel to other locations in the region. Checking in and out was carefully explained. Bedding and towels all provided, and the place was very clean.

The steep access to the house was a bit tough at times, especially after a day’s walking. We also felt that perhaps a hand rail beside the bath, would help people with mobility issues. There were no tea plates, and no chopping board. Please note that in our estimation these are fairly minor issues, but would help to improve facilities for clients.

Excellent view, good location, lack of cleaning.

We liked the view more than anything else. The flat has a good vibe and good distribution. Although I have very strong negative criticism about the level of cleanliness of the place, we might come back at some point. The location is good, close to the beach and supermarket.

The flat was very dirty. When we arrived, the floor was sticky, it hadn't been washed or very badly. I cleaned the floor. That gave me a look behind and under the furniture. It really needs a deep cleaning. Under the table, there were nails. The dishes were very greasy, and I had to wash almost everything before using them. Somebody did a rush washing up, so the middle of the plates was clean and the sides extremely greasy. There was leftover food in the colander. Artificial eyelashes stuck to the kitchen scissors. More artificial eyelashes and food stains on the blanket. The loobrush was sitting in a brownish liquid in the bathroom, and the toilet rolls were placed on its handle. The toilet paper holder is broken. The side of the bathroom cabinet that faces the toilet was dirty. The rugs are old and dirty. Some of the bed sheets were stained. In the bedroom, the top of the bedside table had oil stains. I cleaned it all. The place has no allocated parking. Either you find an empty spot in the street or not. We had the feeling that the apartment had seen better days. It was set up with a lot of care, but then it had been neglected.

Simply superb!

Despite not being on the sea front, the views of the sea (and mountains) are superb and the location super quiet yet a short walking distance into the town centre for all the shops and pubs. Roy is a delight to deal with and always reachable via a short phone call or text message. The flat was pristinely clean, comfortable, hot water always available, super well stocked kitchen. We had nothing missing that we could possibly need.

Lovely views, comfy apartment with comfy beds, well equipped with everything you need. Good shower, lovely helpful hosts. Short distance into town. Took me about 8 minutes to walk to local supermarket. Wifi, warm apartment. Nice and quiet.

There wasnt anything we didnt like. There is a bit of a steep path going up to the apartment, my mother struggled a bit with it. There is a handrail, but it was steep. Ok if you dont have any mobility issues. To be fair a lot of the places I have stayed are the same, so Im not complaining xx

Great seaview - well laid out and equipped apartment - very comfortable - great for a weekend exploring. Easy walking distance to shops,bars, promenade etc and handy for bus to Portmadoc.

Used stone steps to apartment initially, but much slippery than realised, so suggest stick with slope leading to terrace and apartment.

The bed was awful , really uncomfortable, to be honest we didn’t sleep well once in the three nights .Th e bathroom we found odd with the changing lights we couldn’t turn off . The steep incline leading up to the property was not great. Towels were thin although clean. Just not for us

A gem of a place

The property was in a perfect location, stunning views. The apartment had everything we needed, lovely extras included Welsh cake, milk, biscuits etc… Communication was spot on with the owners. Have already booked to stay again.

Perfect! Cant wait to go back!

We had a fabulous stay! Our hosts were super thoughtful and had plenty of fresh milk, butter and bread to ger us started, a cupboard full of condiments, radox in the bathroom and a fab welcome basked of goodies which we truely appreciated- including a homemade Welsh loaf. The flat was spotless, comfortable and the perfect base for our first family trip to Wales. We couldn't have asked for better hosts.

Overall a great little stay, host was great with communication and apartment was well equipped.

Location was good overall but very steep to get into property. Parking wasn’t great but we usually managed to get in up the road a little. Owner was excellent on arrival as he kept us a space and took us into the apartment.

TV too high up on wall. Curtains didn’t meet in living room.
