Ty'n-Y-Ffynnon Cottage in Barmouth, Gwynedd can sleep eight in four bedrooms.
The living areas include a kitchen/diner with a Rangemaster cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedrooms comprise three doubles (one with en-suite shower room) and a bunk room, served by a bathroom and shower room. Outside is a terraced garden with furniture, BBQ, sun loungers, hot tub and outdoor shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included. Pets welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub within 0.8 miles. Children must be supervised in the garden. Please note there is no vehicle access; parking is available in the town below, with private quad bike transport provided. The walk from the car park is approximately 5-6 minutes. The lower ground-floor en-suite bedroom has a separate entrance. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Minimum 3-night stay. Please note that during peak weeks and school holidays, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

Beautiful location, with amazing views of the estuary and distant hills. Certainly enjoyed waking up their every night. Place was clean and communication from property management was excellent!! Only problem was that there were only 6 chairs to sit down and eat. Barmouth has plenty of eateries but we hoped to eat together and play games with the 8 of us and this wasn't really suitable. Would be fine for 6 with a few kids. Overall lovely property! Would recommend.
