Very well done modern interiors. Comfortable and clean. Hosts are responsive and give lots of information. Very short walkable distance to beach and village centre. Good value for money and spacious for 7 people.

Nothing major. If you don't mind being only 2 mins walk from beach and no sea view are only minor things.

the location was fantastic- beautiful beach and a lovely village.

the house was smaller than the pictures would show. upon arrival I was a little annoyed at how it looked like a council estate- especially at the price paid. the house itself was rather dirty- cutlery was dirty, kitchen cupboards were a state, and the oven was beyond filthy. luckily I had taken my ninja grill- as I would never in a millions years have used that oven, unless I wanted to dice with death. the bins were full to the brim, hence during our stay - we had to keep them in the kitchen. the parking wasn’t as described either. he also expected us to turn down the beds and take out the bedsheets, stack all the dishes and turn the dishwasher on before we left- basically do the cleaners job. I’ve stayed at lots of holiday homes before - and this was a first. especially given the place was 250 a night. the host messaged me to request a good review as they are new to booking.com in turn of a good review of us as guests. found this to be very strange- he clearly thinks this is the way things are done and he can get away with a substandard service and use some type of leverage instead.

there was nothing not to like!

clean, spacious, everything you need available. we had 4 cars and no issue with parking.

there is no wardrobe or drawers in the biggest bedroom - could maybe have some sort of storage at the end of the bed? sofa bed not ideal for 2 adults as it’s a little small.

The location was great. quiet street and just 5 minutes to the beach. 15 minutes walk into the town. very clean, nice modern decoration. everything you needed for the stay. even Netflix and wi fi logged in. and a dog bowl, bed and treats. great size and comfortable rooms.

just returned home from a fabulous stay at Gareth and Jess’s holiday home - wow! immaculately clean, comfortable beds, ultra modern.. has everything you could possibly need for staying away from home. hot tub was the icing on top of the cake! our children had an amazing time and we’ve made some wonderful memories this weekend!

there was absolutely nothing to dislike it was fabulous!

this property was amazing and more than we could've asked for. great communication from friendly amazing hosts from beginning to end. even before arrival we were messaged for some advice on finding the area which was easy to get to, where upon arrival we were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket. the whole property was clean and homely and just gives that sought-after holiday/weekend getaway feeling even on the rainy days that we unfortunately had. the nice open plan lends itself to a nice group gathering for chatting, dinner or watching films. the garden is spacious for lots of activities with an amazing view of the local terrain and of course the hot tub which was heavenly and had multiple of us staying in for more than 2-3 hours. the bedrooms were very spacious even the single beds and bunk had everyone sleep in later than we planned. the two bathrooms were very roomy, well lit, easy to use and spotlessly clean. the house was also stocked with all that you need to make a meal (in terms of appliances/ cookwear) as well as all you need to clean (we're even switching to the antibac spray they use) we loved that they are pet friendly, even stocking some snacks for the puppy we had. the area is close to many of the attractions that Northern Wales has available and within walking distance of Barmouth beach where you can watch the sunset. overall we had an amazing time.
