Well positioned comfortable apartment to enjoy a Welsh seaside town.

Apartment is situated a five minute walk from the town centre. It has parking outside. And has exceptional sea views. The interior was modern clean and the sofa was very comfortable, as was the bed. We spent mornings sitting on the comfy chairs in the bay window.

Fantastic apartment

Fabulous apartment. Amazing views. Clean, comfortable, well thought out layout. Loved the little private dressing table area off the lounge. Great shower, comfy bed. Can't recommend highly enough. Oh and easy free parking. What's not to like.

Fabulous views.

We had clear instructions and messages about accessing the property. Roy was great with messaging. Parking was no problem at all. There was so much around, even in high season. We managed to park right outside, which was free or just across from the property on all the days we were there. The free parking permit in the room was used on this occasion. The apartment was fab. Fantastic views over the beach and towards the hills and mountains. The apartment had a very spacious living area. Loved the little dressing room area. The bed was comfy. All the towels and bedding smelt gorgeous, and the apartment was very clean. It was a fab base for exploring by car and walking. We were even lucky enough to spot dolphins just along the prom. We would love to stay again if in the area.

Ideal apartment for a couple

The apartment was in perfect location, across the road from the beach. Very modern, clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Had the best views ever. Having free parking/parking permit is a bonus as well when visiting for longer.

Picture perfect

The location was perfect and the view was beautiful!! The amenities in the apartment were brilliant the kitchen was equipped with everything you should need, plug sockets in all the right places, very spacious living area, and the drsssing room was a lovely touch.

wot a beautiful apartment. Very clean and tidy, checking was very smooth and parked outside the apartment. 5 minutes walk to pubs, restaurants and shops and a 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Fabulous location. Beach across the road, restaurants and shopping street less tan 10 minutes walk and decent sized supermarket about 5 minutes away.

The microwave was too high for me and my husband, being housed above the eye level cooker. Also, our visit was during one of this years heatwaves and even the breeze from the sea was warm. A fan would have been welcomed. I guess it is rarely something needed by the sea

We enjoyed our stay in Barmouth and particularly appreciated the location and the view from the apartment.

It was light and airy with a superb view in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the beach, railway station, shops and cafes and restaurants. The little dressing room was very useful. The instructions we received for entry, parking, leaving were very clear.

We were provided with the minimum in the way of towels and the bath towel was small. It was difficult to dry them between showers. A small hand towel for bathroom and kitchen would also have been appreciated. There was one loo roll provided which ran out on the last morning. I had to reach under the bed to plug in my bedside radio and it was very dusty. Also when the sofa cushions slipped out of place and I replaced them there was food down behind them.

Celebrated my 60th birthday in style & comfort!

The flat was clean and comfortable with all mod cons. The view was lovely- looking right into the beach and the sea. The flat was close to the town and the station.

Lovely.spacios one bed first floor flat with superb views

Excellent location. Views over Cardigan Bay superb from first floor lounge window. Owners provide a car parking permit for use if you can’t find a free on road parking space.
