The annex barmouth

The annex,is exactly as described on the site, beautifully decorated,clean,and the beds are so comfy, short walk to coop and the beach. The annex ...Total value for money, the hosts are livley and helpful would recomend.

Lovely accommodation, pity about the weather !

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for the two of us. Warm and inviting. Private parking. Excellent host met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. Lovely garden to sit in outside the patio doors.

Needed more drawer space in the bedroom and a shoe rack in the entry hall would have been useful.

A lovely comfortable cottage in a perfect location to explore Barmouth and surrounding areas.

The property is in an excellent location within walking distance of the beach and harbour in Barmouth. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and felt like “home from home” straight away. A perfect place to relax and unwind with lovely views of the garden from the lounge. The owner (Tracey) is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area…lovely to chat to on your way to and from the property. Would definitely recommend this property.

It gave us that proper getting away from it all feeling.

The Annex met and surpassed all our expectations. The garden and the view were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Tracey and Saul made us feel very welcome.

perfect property & location.

Excellent property, great location only a short walk to town & beach yet extremely peaceful. the property was well equipped & tastefully decorated, patio doors to the garden were a bonus in the hot weather. Tracy the owner was friendly & helpful. Wine & chocs on arrival were a nice touch. Could not fault anything & would highly recommend.

An oasis of calm in the middle of Barmouth

It is beautifully situated in an oasis in the middle of Barmouth. Overlooking a lake full of ducks and in an annex of the main house. The hosts were very hospitable and attentive. Very accessible by walking into town and the quality of the furnishings were 5 star. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere

Lovely gem in Barmouth

The place was very new, and lovely done. The host met us at the gate of the property, which is tucked away in a quite corner of Barmouth, with just a short walk to the beach and harbour. Everything felt easy and well looked after, very comfortable as well. Their dinner recommendations were spot on too.

Nothing really. If they had a fireplace it would have been tops.
