Pretty much everything. The property is spacious and interesting. It has an excellent location and the facilities were also excellent

Super easy access; owner was very responsive and provided great directions to find the location and get into the space. Really perfect location for time in Barmouth; Great/easy access to all of Snowdonia hiking plus beach time!

The seagulls were so loud but that's obviously no ones fault. We did stay by the ocean after all ;)

Nice clean and very spacious with well equipped kitchen and roomy living room. Short walk to town and beach and a calm safe setting ( but no special views).

The owner left us easy and straight forward instructions how to get to the property. The apartment was spacious, clean and cosy. We came with two kids and one of them was toddler. We had some sweets left for them and additional beach toys which they enjoyed. The beach is very close to the property which is lovely. Overall we enjoyed the apartment with mountain view and seaside close by.

It had everything we needed, was clean, spacious and the girls loved the fairy door!

The only issues we had, was that the tablet in the kitchen started playing really loud music randomly at 2am on our second night, which in turn woke the children and dogs up.

The place is great and we had a good time while we were there beds are comfy and rooms are spacious and had everything you need to cook , hot water for bath /shower great , only issue is the buttons on the tv remote are worn out and makes it hard to navigate,

The location was superb for walking to the beach, the shops, the train station and local area. The facilities in the apartment were well organised and exactly what we needed for a week away. There was plenty of storage too. The living area was spacious and great for relaxing together after a busy day. The reclining sofas were an added bonus.

Having to leave, we wanted to stay for another week!

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and really sweet and thoughtful finishing touches. The location is perfect, with just a two minute walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the town center. Trevor was only a text away for any questions or needs and couldn't have been more accommodating. We'll definitely be back, full stars from us!

The location was very good, only a short walk to the beach and even closer to the shops. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

There were no negatives with the property.

Our Host was extremely helpful and communicative. We thought we had lost the door key and our Host turned up within 10 minutes with a spare key. Fortunately, we found the key. The place was perfectly located and had everything we needed.

My kids and I have just returned from a Bank Holiday break at Hawen (Friday to Monday) in Barmouth. Parking is not a problem; the owner of the property contacted me in advance of our stay detailing on street parking and details of carparks. We choose to use on street parking (Epworth/Bryn Mynach Road) and didn’t struggle getting a spot for the duration of our stay (unlike many other seaside destinations). The apartment is only a few seconds walk up a slight incline and a few steps, so no major struggles with luggage. The apartment is just far enough away from the centre of Barmouth to avoid any noise, but close enough (a few hundred yards to reach it). Similarly for the excellent beach. Upon entering the apartment, you step into a spacious kitchen/dining space. The lounge, bedrooms (three) bathroom and standalone loo all lead off this. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could require – except a teapot (considering the voluminous amount of complimentary teabags and coffee this does NOT even qualify as a minor grumble). We also got a complimentary bottle of milk and some Welsh Cakes. There is no washing machine – GOOD! I’m on holiday! There is also a smart hub too. The lounge is HUGE, with two recliner sofas and two chairs looking out of the large bay window. There is a decent sized TV with all the usual terrestrial channels and free streaming services (Netflix/Amazon). And . . . a Fairy door set into the skirting board, behind which was hidden a welcoming bag of Haribo, real nice touch. The visitor info pack also asks guests to respect the fairies by keeping the noise down after 9.00pm, another nice touch I thought. The main bedroom, again, is massive. A nice comfy bed, LOTS of drawer and wardrobe space (with plenty of hangers), all of which are oak. The two other bedrooms are not huge but again, comfy beds and lots of drawer space, and my kids were very happy with them.

Noisy macerator in bathroom loo 😄 But, not a prob as there is a standard (quiet) standalone loo too.

The flat was easy to find, in an excellent location with parking available, we parked on the road by the bowling green. The flat is spacious and thoughtfully furnished and decorated, so we felt at home after less than 5 minutes. The flat was spotlessly clean, with a generous supply of toweling for the two of us ( the flat has three bedrooms and would comfortably fit 5 adults). As we visited in December we had possible concerns about the heating - no need, the flat was delightfully warm. We parked the car and didn't need it again until we packed to leave, as we had easy access to so many interesting walks and Barmouth itself. The price for the stay was exceptional value for money for such a quality flat.

Leaving to go home. We loved the flat and Barmouth and will be booking it again for an out of season break next year.
