Great size and great location

-Big apartment, lots of space so adequate for multiple families. -Quiet. -Good location in town. -Accepts dogs. -Bed was comfortable and a personal note from me: It was nice to not have those crinkly sounding duvets that you often get when staying in holiday accommodation (on the single beds anyway, I haven't asked the double bed users).

The below are very minor inconveniences which are quick fixes for the owner. -Although towels for the shower were provided, hand towels were missing from the toilets. This could have been a one off mistake but worth noting just in case. -WiFi details in the information pack is outdated, I had to get the details from the bottom of the router. -Fridge door needs switching around so it opens right to left as it's a bit awkward when the living room door is open. -Could do with a few more wine glasses :) (also one of them was cracked) One final note on the parking situation, this obviously can't be helped but I still think it's worth pointing out - it is a bit of a roulette as in most seaside towns. Since the apartment is catered for multiple families the chances are that you are going to be in more than 1 car. So the extra cars have to hope there is space either on the street below or up the road otherwise you'll end up being even further away or on public car parks which you'd have to pay. It wasn't that bad for us since we were only there for the weekend so once we found a space we just abandoned it until the end. I can imagine for those staying for longer and going out on day trips etc. this will be a bit of a pain to have endure every time you get back.

Lovely apartment, very tidy, with everything within short walking distance

Large, very well equipped and decorated property with all mod cons. The owners take great pride in providing high quality accommodation at a competitive price. The mattresses, linen and pillows are top quality and a good night sleep is assured. Everything is sparkling clean. Dom the owner is exceptionally responsive, welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated his help in setting up the wide screen television! Lots of local tips too. It would work very well for larger groups also, as there are 3 bedrooms, one of them en-suite and another bathroom with separate bath and shower and loo. Barmouth beach is gorgeous and there’s a Co-op nearby and lots of pubs and cafes. Massive plus for us was the Instavolt electric charging at the Co-op. Also the property is pet friendly. My friend who has recently travelled all around the UK and Ireland said it was one of the best properties she’s stayed in.

It didn’t detract from the stay but I preferred to park on the road behind than reverse up a hill! When you come out, you need to be aware you are straight on a main road so children would have to be supervised.

The property is well situated to local amenities, it’s spacious and well equipped and clean and tidy . The owner contacted to ask if everything was good and if we needed anything which was a nice touch . All in all I would recommend this property to others .
