Top floor, access only via staircase. But the added height meant great views down the coast. No washing machine (that I could find).

Apartment presented to a high standard. Great base for a stay in Barmouth.

Beautifully presented, spacious apartment. Opposite a beautiful, sandy beach and 5/10 mins walk to lovely town centre. Had everything we needed as a great base for our stay in beautiful Barmouth. Host was available over the phone and very helpful.

Not a problem for us, but the apartment was on the top floor of the building so several flights of stairs to reach. Visitors with mobility issues would need to bear in mind.

Very stylish and comfortable flat. Very well located, with a sea view both from the bedroom and from the living room. Well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it 100%!

Modern, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

It’s a really lovely apartment, and more spacious than it looks. It was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view to wake up to each morning. Ample storage which is great if you’re staying for a few days. The beach is right across the road and it’s only a few minutes walk to Co-Op and into town.

There are very, very few downsides to this property. One is that it’s on the fourth floor of the building and even as two relatively fit people, it was quite draining to go up so many stairs after long days of swimming and walking. This is obviously not something that can be controlled though! Another downside is that ammenties could be improved, for example, having some sachets or even a small bottle of milk available so you can have a cuppa as soon as you get in. Also some cards/dominoes/games might be a nice touch.

Great little 2 night get away.

We really liked the sea view in this property with a comfortable size bedroom, equipped with the essentials we needed.

Really good location however lots of steps up to this property , something to keep in mind if your less mobile.

Exceptional, quality accommodation.

I like that we felt as if we were the first guests to stay in the accommodation. It was so clean, new and the attention to detail was exceptional. We had everything we could need just like at home for our stay and the furnishings were quality and lovely. The bed was so comfortable with great quality bedding and bedroom furniture. It’s in a great location close to town with exceptional views. Check-in was simple and we parked with ease using the paid for permit.

Brilliant apartment

Seashell apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and so well equipped - couldn't think of anything else that we needed. We had a couple of questions and Louise replied immediately and was very helpful. The bed was lovely and comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is at the top of the house so need to be aware if you have mobility issues, but this makes it nice and quiet with views over the dunes and beach. Would highly recommend and have no hesitation in booking again.

Very modern and exactly like the pictures. The property was easy to find and resulted in a smooth and easy check in and out. Everything was amazing and very well thought about even down to the cutlery in the draws. Definitely returning. Thank you very much

Perfect little gem.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated,clean bright and fresh.The location is perfect on the beach front in a quiet location.The views are amazing.The hosts have thought of everything to make it a comfortable pleasant stay.Super comfy bed.Love the bathroom. We enjoyed the stay that much we have booked to come back. Thankyou for the lovely stay.

Gemütliche Unterkunft am Meer

Das bequeme Bett und der dicke Teppichbelag im Schlafzimmer waren toll.. Auch der Blick auf die Dünen, das Meer und die Berge vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus ist herrlich! Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation und Tipps waren prima. Die Schlüsselbox mit Code ermöglichte einen unkomplizierten Check-in. Tolle Lage.

Ein bisschen eng vielleicht im Wohnzimmer und am Esstisch, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir hatten Angst jetzt in der Saison nur kostenpflichtig parken zu können, haben dann aber doch Glück gehabt, kostenlos vorm Haus parken können.
