Spoke to host happy to accommodate early

Location was brilliant as you can walk to the beach, shops and places to eat and drink without having to drive. Brilliant designated car park space Kitchen had all the amenities and more, clean and spacious rooms. Fabulous bathroom. And we all slept well. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Proper home from home, beds could do with toppers as they aren't very comfortable. However, I would happily stay again. Owners very responsive and helpful, parking included which is a great bonus! Nice enclosed garden, great location. WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, great facilities!

Beds are tired and could do with being replaced or adding toppers.

We adored the house. The location was super and full of surprises as we explored the area! I loved the bathroom and I loved the little bedroom with the bunk bed. The beds were very comfy. All the beds. I tried them all. The bath was fantastic and the shower super ! Some beach stuff in the garden container which we used and left for the next family. Great parking. Fitted both cars. We put the bin out. Back garden is a sun trap. There is a washer - we used it !! Could do with a washing line. Dining room fantastic. I loved the front porch. Kitchen really big and lounge very comfy and homely. Extra toilet too upstairs which really helped. If I could change anything - maybe replace some of the window blinds. Some light gardening at the front. Oh! The key box was brill, we loved that ! Spare pillows in little bedroom. Lots of storage. It was like we moved house to Barmouth. We loved it. I was very sad to leave. The whole place made me so so happy. The back garden was fantastic and so was the front. Thank you to our hosts. We love your holiday home and we tried to keep it as clean as we could. A great carpet throughout and bathroom floor really great quality.

Plaster on walls, in places was peeling. My Mother did a helping hand deep clean as cutlery draw and washer draw needed deep cleaning. No problem. From a gardeners point of view, I really wanted to weed and prune the front garden but it was still stunning with a huge Fuscia.

Wasn’t very clean open arrival Very dated Mould on the walls in the dining area Equipment not cleaned properly, was cleaning once we left as had to clean it top to bottom. Living room small and not enough seating for the size of the house. Garden really messy and unsafe for dogs, had to fix the gate and move things around.
