Caravan 521 shuker Barmouth

Great location for exploring the National Park. The caravan is spacious, clean. and reasonably well equipped. It presents good value for money with double and twin bedrooms. The bathroom is a good size with a very good enclosed shower. The kitchen is well equipped, but don't expect anything other than washing up liquid and a sponge as "consumables", bring your own tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil. The lounge is comfortable with a large TV and WiFi.The TV has a good selection of FreeView channels but the WiFi isn't adequate, however the mobile reception is good and our Vodafone network gave a much better internet connection.

A small selection of kitchen essentials would be a nice touch.

Location is fabulous We visited town, sunny sands, trawsdir, the sands.

Location was good as it was dog friendly, and they could go on the beach.

Fresher food in shop.

10min walk to a fantastic beach. The site itself was quiet with friendly people.

Caravan could do with a deep clean. I know it's dog friendly but there were dog hairs still on the floor. Muddy paw prints up the walls etc. No welcome pack at all. WiFi didn't work. We were there three days and the swimming pool was completely booked up so we didn't even get a chance to swim. Website didn't specify no bedding, But the host did arrange this for us at very short notice at £10 per bed. It was unbearably hot, but we happened to be there during a heatwave, so I can't really blame the caravan on that one.
